also a reminder i will be doing my seasonal packages again this year, for halloween and christmas. so if you missed they last year and want them this year please make sure you have booked your appointments in.

My clients have been so loyal to me over the years that I am giving you all 2 months notice but I am sorry to say that from 29th July I will be having a new price List introduced.
It’s been a hard decision to make but as lovely as it is that I am so busy and booked up months in advice, financially my business is not doing well and hasn’t been for a while now. After comparing to local dog groomers and calculating my expenses I realise now I have made the mistake over the 9 years of running my business that I was not consistent on increasing my prices over the years.

I understand this is going to upset some of my clients as the prices will be increasing by a large amount, which is why I am giving plenty of notice. The new price list will be on display in the salon or if you would like to know I can let you know via a message.

I am sorry, it has been a very hard decision to make but it is somthing I have to do, to keep my business running. 🌸🐾

Polite notice to everyone 🎄

This is the busiest and longest week for me of the whole year🎄. I am working later days and longer hours to fit all your fluffy pooches in before Christmas.

With this in mind PLEASE do not be late to your appointments for drop offs or collections.

As my policy states if you turn up later than 10 minutes to your appointment I do have the right to put you down as a no show. This is because I give 10 minutes in between each appointment so if you go pass this time I will not be able to complete your groom on time if you are late dropping off.
And the same goes for collecting if you are later than 10minutes to collect there will be a late collection fee.

⚠️ Come January 2024 I will be being strict with my cancellation and no show policy! ⚠️

Over the years I have been very lenient with this and unfortunately I can no longer afford to. My policy is still the same 48hours notice of cancelation or you will be charged for your appointment.

I’m sorry but times are hard and I can not afford to miss out. I am a small independent business who depends on my clients to show up to there appointments and on time.

Coming up to the new year I will be getting all clients to sign they understand the cancelation/no show policy. Alongside this the late fee and matting fee policy.
