Wow! We totally and utterly SMASHED IT! Best Dogstival yet! To say we are overwhelmed is an understatement 😁

I’m sure you’ve all seen lots about how our sister companies did at Dogstival last weekend- and we’re pleased to say our stand was just as successful 😏🐾

Susie was busy all weekend with many customers opting for our exclusive show deal on emmi-pet teeth cleaning and nails trims both just £20 together 🤗

It was so lovely to hear how many people mentioned the professional handling of our groomer Susie! The amount of people stating that they had to have their poor pups sedated for nails trims made our heart break, all were so pleased when Susie managed to do it 👊🏻

Nestled at the back of its sister company, Raw Pet Food Pantry - Raw Food Specialist & Groomers, the salon has the benefit of a captive audience in the shop with a growing footfall of dog owners shopping daily and looking for an established salon to groom their dogs.

The salon moved up the high street in November as the demand for the salon and the shop outgrew its location. A brand new beautiful salon was created and now caters for over 1,000 existing customers.

Join this hard working team of groomers who benefit from the support of a great marketing effort to continuously bring in new customers assisting the growth of their own customer base.

🐶PUPPY GROOMS🐶

This is Mable, an 11 week old dachshund, she had her first groom with us in the salon yesterday 🤭

Our puppy package at Bark ‘N’ Brush is the perfect introduction to grooming for your puppy🐾 We take the time to introduce your puppy to new sounds and sensations, letting them roam around and sniff their surroundings 🐕 We then will do a bath, blow dry and trim their nails 💅

We recommend getting your puppy in the salon at 10-12 weeks old, after their second round of jabs 💉

Getting your pup in as soon as possible is vital to create a good relationship between your dog and the groomers 🐶 Waiting later in life could mean that grooming becomes a very stressful and upsetting experience for your dog 🥹

Plus the salon is great for puppy socialising too ⭐️

🛁 GROOM WITH ME CLIFF THE PUG🛁

Cliff the puggle came into today for his monthly groom so we thought we’d bring you along with us!

After a double wash and conditioning in the bath, Cliff was blasted and de-shedded! We then cleaned his ears and trimmed his nails 🐾

As he was such a good boy today his mum picked him up some cows ears in the shop ! The treat wall has endless options to reward your pup after grooming🐶

🪮DE- SHEDDING🪮

This is your reminder to book your double coated breed in for a de-shed!

🙋‍♀️ Why is de-shedding so important? 🙋‍♀️

De-shedding helps remove loose hair in the undercoat of your double coated dog. It is important to book your dog in for a de-shedding every 6-8 to avoid painful and unexpected matting 🦮

On short haired breeds, de-shedding also helps to draw out natural oils released by the dogs fur, giving it a healthier, shiner appearance! Plus de-shedding can save your sofa/clothes from being covered with hair 💁🏻‍♀️

It is so important to become familiar with your dog’s skin and coat 🐶
