💕📣 PLEASE READ 📣💕
Due to a number of no shows and missed appointments I’ve had in recent weeks, I am having to bring in a cancellation policy.
Any cancellations less that 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% the groom price. Any no shows will need to be paid in full before a new appointment can be made.

I have really tried to avoid doing this but with the cost of living rising and an increase in energy bills for the shop, I cannot afford any more missed appointments and payments.

I hope you can appreciate this new policy and I am so grateful for everyone’s continued support. 💕
