So this is Billie, she is a grand age of 14 years young! She has arthritis and can't stand on her paws for too long.

So today we used a body harness to trim her nails and our new arthritis friendly lazy hammock during part of the groom which also gave her time to relax.

She was so happy she didn't want to leave the shop.

Meet Lola, the 13 week old spaniel 🥰

It is good to establish puppy grooming routines when your dog is still young and capable of learning new behaviour.

Their size also makes them easier to control at this stage, so it’s a good idea to get them used to bathing and grooming now. Imagine chasing a fully-grown wet dog as they run around the house, trying to escape a bath!

Look at this stunning 4 month old Labradoodle, Erin! 🐾

She came in today for her first groom and was a delight to handle, that much of a delight we have made Erin this weeks best behaved pooch! 🐶

We have decided to introduce a weekly best behaved pooch to be awarded a half price groom on their next visit 🥰
