Why i don't always answer calls, Why the door is locked. 1) When your dog is here, they receive 100% of my attention. 2) Time and effort goes into gaining your dogs trust, using no restraints means I have to be fully aware of your dogs body language. 3) your pooch runs freely in the salon before and after grooming, locking the door ensures no escapees 🐶 4) I have conversations with your pooches that are between us 🤣 your dogs safety and wellbeing is 100% my priority ❤️
