Due to my card machine crashing and requiring a new machine I can no longer take card payments until a new machine has been delivered. I can accept cash or bank transfer.

New card machine arrived, we are back in action !!

Over the last month I have had more customers forgetting their appointments and new customers not turning up. As a small business and with the current inflated energy prices, I have to change the way I run my business.

Going forward any new customers will be charged a non refundable deposit before their appointment.

Text messages will be sent the day before to remind you of your appointment.

Any missed appointments will be charged £20.00 payable before the next appointment.

I have been grooming for 13yrs now and I have never implemented a charge system, I have always taken the loss. As a business I can no longer sustain these loses.
