Well I can safely say Wales was brutal but delighted to say I am offically an Ironman Wales finisher🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Swim was horrible with very choppy sea’s with many people being pulled out. Bike was hilly and second half torrential rain I only made the cut off by 57 seconds!. Marathon was then all hills and again pouring rain finished with 2 huge blisters on pads of my very wet feet. Started at 7:45am and finished at midnight with 45 minutes to spare. Toughest one I’ve done to date but very proud of myself to keep going and never give up as around 2900 started and only around half that finished.

Fundraising for if you can spare a fiver that would be amazing. Thank you so much to everyone who donated already 🙏
