The SLOOG Automatic Pet Feeder comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to cancel or return the product, you can do so within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to cover the cost of returning the product, and SLOOG will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned product. This guarantee does not affect any statutory warranty provided by the law of your country.
In the event that there is a fault with your product, please contact SLOOG's customer support team by email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+447822010599) with proof of purchase (order number or screenshot of the order) and the nature of the fault. Depending on the issue, SLOOG will either repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
All SLOOG products come with a 24-month warranty. During the warranty period, SLOOG will provide one of the following solutions to any problem you may have: a full or partial refund, repair of any defects in material or workmanship, or replacement with another product of equal value.
The following are not covered by the warranty: normal wear and tear (including parts that may wear out over time, such as batteries and filters), products purchased from unauthorized distributors or retailers, used products, products without proof of purchase, damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product, damages caused by connecting to peripheral devices or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual, and lost or stolen products. Additionally, the warranty does not renew when a replacement product is sent, and spare or replacement parts are not covered under the warranty.
