If you are on low income or benefits, we can help with neutering costs. At participating vets, we will neuter and chip for £10, there is no need to contact us, just ring the vets direct. You can find more information here https://www.cats.org.uk/what-we-do/neutering/financial-assistance. If none of the participating vets is convenient, we can still supply a neutering voucher towards costs. Ring our helpline on 03000 121212 weekdays between 9.30am and 1pm.
Kittens should be neutered by 4 months old.

Please, Please, Please take your kitties to have their
'trouble nuggets' removed

We are absolutely swamped with unwanted kittens at the moment, it is much worse than in previous years. PLEASE don't add to the problem, neuter your cat.

Kittens can become sexually mature by 4 months old so should be neutered by then. Cats will mate with siblings, parents and offspring. Indoor cats need neutering too as they often get very frustrated and find a way to escape. Nursing mums can get pregnant again shortly after giving birth so should be kept indoors until neutered.

If you are on low income or benefits, we can supply a voucher towards neutering costs which you can use at most vets, just ring our helpline on 03000 121212 weekdays between 9.30am and 1pm to request one.
