The meaning of Kai...

When we adopted Kai, we had been thinking about a name for a long time.
My husband and I love Hawaii so we wanted something that connects to those beautiful islands.

I have searched for words in Hawaiian and suddenly it all made sense!

Ocean in Hawaiian is Kai.

Love the ocean, love Hawaii, loved the name Kai so that was it!

Our ocean ❤️

Let me tell you the story of Kai...

I was working at the vets when he was brought in. A lady found him at an industrial site, lost. We tried to look for the owner but nobody came forward.
After seven days he could be adopted (these are the official rules).
So it was an easy decision for me and my husband to take him home.
He was a very affectionate cat from the beginning!
