Meet Bear, an adorable husky puppy 🐶😍

Bear started to feel under the weather and his worried mum brought him in for emergency treatment 🤕🚑. When it came to paying the bill, all his mum had to do was speak to reception and pay her £100 excess. Pet Proactive settled the bill directly with us so Bear’s mum could focus on Bear 😊

Here is what Bear’s owner had to say:

“Having pet insurance through Pet Proactive has been one of the best choices I have made, as a new dog owner my puppy Bear became unwell and I panicked, I had taken him to the emergency vets where he was treated and given medication & due to being insured with Pet Proactive I only had to pay one, one off fee of £100 and the rest of the bill was covered by Pet Proactive insurance, plus anymore emergency visits etc to the vets is now fully covered without having to pay anymore fees upfront I 100% definitely would recommend using them 😁” – Amy Blakemore, Bear’s mum

Sam, one of our ✨fabulous✨ Cockerpoo customers! 😍🐶
Back in July, Sam suffered from a poorly eye that required veterinary treatment 🤕💔
Luckily, his owner had an insurance policy with Pet Proactive🐾 🥎
After a quick chat with the wonderful reception team to make a claim, Sam’s owner was able to focus on Sam getting better while we dealt with the bill! 💸🐾

This is what Sam’s owner had this to say 🗣⭐️:
“It was so easy to claim back on the treatment. All I had to do was speak to the reception team to let them know I wanted to make a claim and they took care of the rest! It meant I could focus on Sam getting better instead of worrying about the costs.”

February is National Pet Dental Month!

We know pet owners usually make sure their dogs and cats receive TLC from head to toe but some may forget the all-important mouth and teeth inside their furry friends. Ignoring those pearly whites leads to a big problem. Here are some tips to help with your pet’s dental health.

We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone and we are doing everything we can to protect our clients and our staff so we are re-introducing our REPEAT MEDICATION DELIVERY SERVICE.

How it works...

1. Contact us to order your pets repeat medication.

2. Inform us you would like the medication to be delivered to you instead of collecting in person.

3. Pay for the medication plus a delivery charge of £5 over the phone at the time of ordering.

4. One of our vets will authorise the medication for your pet within 48hours.

5. Stay at home and stay safe, you will receive your pets medication delivery within the next few working days.

05/01/2021

Following the government's announcement yesterday evening about the national lockdown, we just wanted to reassure all our clients that we will be open AS NORMAL until we hear otherwise.

We are awaiting to hear from the RCVS (our governing body) on if any changes that will need to happen. But for now all appointments will be going ahead and WE WILL BE OPEN FOR BOTH EMERGENCY AND ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS.

As it states on the government's website, all travel to a veterinary practice is deemed ESSENTIAL. 🐾
