Hi everyone, I know you have all been waiting on me to come back to the grooming well i am coming back but my days and hours will be changing this is so I can still have time for myself and my family these days and hours will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:15 till 4pm then Fridays will 9:15 till 2:30pm I will not be working any extra days or doing later hours anymore this applies to old and new clients i am sorry I know this will cause an inconvenience to some of you but I have got a family to get home to and I don’t want to go back to feeling overwhelmed, stressed and not wanting to work again I understand if some of one you have found a new groomer while I’ve been off and are happy sticking with them or if you do need to find a new groomer because I can’t do the days and hours you need which is understandable I won’t feel offended. I will also be a lot more strick with drops you need to be on time for your appointment anyone who is more that 15 minutes late to their appointment I will not be doing your dog, also regarding no shows anyone who misses there appointment will have to pay 10 pound deposit to book back in again as i dont take deposits when booking but when you people no show i loose out on money so I hope you can all understand, anyone wanting an appointment please give me a message I will get you all booked back but please bare with me as I know I will have a lot of you want to book in. Regarding my booking app I will be putting it back on so anyone who prefers to book themselves you can just remember to put the dogs name and breed when you do this, id just like to say thank you to anyone who messaged me asking me how I was doing and telling me to enjoy my time off it really does meant a lot thanks lots of love ell🤍

Hi everyone just thought I’d do a quick post while I’ve been taking this time away I’ve had over 20 messages of people asking when I’ll be back or how long I’ll be off even people messing for appointments which i understand you all need your dogs grooming but this time away from the grooming is for me too get myself back too 100% enjoy time with my family and to think about what I want to do but these messages aren’t helping it’s making me feel more stressed and not want to come back I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused to you with all your dogs but id appreciate if people wouldn’t message me asking me I will let you post about if or when I’m coming back thanks ell🤍

Hi everyone
sorry ive really been quiet on here, I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed and stressed with my job as it not an easy job it takes toll on you so with this ive decided I’ll be taking some time away from grooming im not sure if I’m going to come back or not or how long I’ll be off for. Being self employed is really hard you do everything yourself, bookings, stock taking etc and even being on your own all day every day can take its toll on you, im mentally and physically drained of it im so sorry if this inconvenience will cause to you all with your dogs but hopefully taking some time off will do me good and make me want to come back to grooming as I love all your dog with all my heart, but I have got to put myself first for the first time ever.
I will message anyone who has an appointment with me.
