Although we often achieve incredible all over results on the first session✨, some clients will need additional, immediate follow up sessions in order to work on heavier levels of plaque and tartar build-up! These sessions are usually scheduled within 2 weeks of the pups initial treatment. This is so we can acheieve a full clean as quickly as possible, and achieve a good overall dental standard before moving to regular maintenance appointments.⏱🐕

Our main priority is the pups comfortability, so by focussing on the teeth one by one, we’re able to ensure a thorough job over a recommended time period, whilst also respecting the animals boundaries and not pushing limits with their patience.💗

We prioritise building trust with our furry friends🐾🥰, provide them the best care possible, and always use positive reinforcement and encouragement throughout the process🤗✨.

With limited education on the importance of oral and dental maintenance, owners aren’t always aware of how much harm dental disease can cause, both short and long term. Dental disease is more than just a cause for concern. Not only could your pet have “bad breath”, but poor oral health can cause serious illnesses and repercussions to your pets overall health. In more serious cases, dental disease can even lead to organ failure🥺❤️‍🩹

At Doggy Dental, our aim is not only to provide a service, but also crucial information. Through expanding the knowledge of animal owners, we hope to enhance their pets quality of life even from afar🪴.

If you're already practicing oral care, and can clean/ maintain your dogs teeth at home, that’s AMAZING❤️🤩‼️keep up the good work, and make sure to check their teeth and gums weekly 🥰

However, if you struggle to brush your dogs teeth at home please reach out for help. Either contact your local hygienist and book an appointment with them, or you’re always welcome to visit our clinic and begin dental maintenance with us🤗💗

These appointments are scheduled every 8 weeks to keep on top of build up and optimise Rosie’s oral health🦷💗

It is crucial that new customers are aware of the treatment process and understand that similarly to humans, you can’t brush your teeth once and expect them to stay clean!
Maintenance appointments ensure that the clean teeth are in fact maintained and kept to a high standard🫧

As you can see, 8 weeks contributes to a significant build up of plaque. Imagine what multiple years could lead to without intervention and cleaning😱

Our recommendations and treatment plans are tailored to improve the welfare of your pets🤗❤️

Our goal is to prevent your dog from developing further health complications, which will not only benefit your furry friend, but also you!💗
