Includes cleaning & refilling feeding stations. Check & clean litter trays. Dispose of waste hygienically. Replenish water bowls/filters. Give medication if required no extra charge. Picking up your mail, text or email updates. If required put bins out & back in. Cuddles and play time for your cat for stimulation and socialisation. Fees per visit & areas:

Armadale, Addiewell, Broxburn, Bathgate, Dechmont, East Calder, Kirknewton, Kirkliston, Livingston ( all areas), Mid Calder, Pumpherston, Polbeth, Ratho, Uphall, Uphall Station, Seafield, West Calder, Wilkieston, Winchburgh £9.00 for 15 mins or £14.00 for 30 mins. (increasing to £10.00 and £15.00 from 03/01/2025). Balerno - £10.00 for 15 mins or £15.00 for 30 mins. (increasing to £11.00 and £16.00 from 03/01.2025). Accept payment by either cash or Bacs transfer. No additional cost for up to 2 pets anymore than 4 a charge of an extra £1.00 per visit is included. No hidden costs -however if your pet requires veterinary care while we are looking after them we will take them to your chosen vet for a small extra fee.

Please be careful with this as with a lot of things in life you may get what you pay for. Cheaper isn't always the best option especially with your beloved kitties.
We are not in it for the money or to bump numbers up. We put your cat first we are in the cat sitting business for our love of cats, we want to get to know your cat their little habit and quirks. Our rates go to ensure your cats are well cared for we go above and beyond. Our prices enable us to cap visits so you can be assured your cat is receiving the best care and attention.
Our service covers all aspects of food, water, litter tray checks, cleaning and lots of quality time with your cat. Giving them stimulation and playtime.

Pets lunches, cat sitting (Livingston West Lothian and surrounding areas), are a competent and experienced cat sitting service offering an alternative to boarding or a cattery visiting your pet in the comfort and refuge of their own home. There’s no place like home. My cat sitting business is set up from what is in my heart. My name is Jillian as an animal lover and pet owner I understand how difficult it can be and the worry you have when leaving your pet when you are not at home for any reason and if you would rather not put your pet in boarding. Pets lunches are small, dedicated, friendly, reliable, trusted pet minding service the service is personalised and tailored to meet your pets needs so your pet can enjoy one to one visits. The owner deals direct with me, as I visit personally the pet builds up a good relationship and rapport having a friendly face checking in on them which can help put an elderly/timid cat at ease, visits are flexible. I keep myself as the sole employee this ensuring your pet gets the best care and attention it deserves while you are away, I look on them as my extended furry family. I look after your pets with kindness and compassion. Pets lunches provide 1st class high quality pet & customer satisfaction . You also have the peace of mind someone is checking your home is ok. As well as cats the other companion animals I can look after include rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, degus, chincillas.

Pets lunches are based in Livingston, West Lothian. I've been a pet owner for as long as I can remember mainly with cats I have many years experience with them (I've had 4 cats before and at the moment I have 1 cat & 2 dogs). I've also kept a rabbit, guinea pig & 'gerbil sat' before. As a 'pawrent' I understand how hard it can be to leave your pet when you go on holiday, a long weekend, business trip or away from home for any reason even working a long day or have work commitments a pop in home visit to check on your pet and provide your pet with a bit company could be the key. They are part of the family and if you would rather leave your pet in the comfort of their own home rather than having a huffy kitty in boarding. Leaving your pet at home is less stressful for both you & your pet's they have the usual routine & their own bed. I'd look after your pet as if it were my own I look on them as an extension to my furry family. I give medication and have broad knowledge of cats and their aliments from diabetes, cardiomyopathy, hyperthyroidism to name a few. Short term and longer term bookings catered for, regular customers will receive periodic discounts.

Fees per visit & areas: All Livingston, Mid Calder areas - £6 per 15 mins or £10 per 30 mins. West Calder, Polbeth, East Calder, Seafield, Broxburn, Dechmont, Kirknewton, Uphall, Uphall Station, Wilkieston, Pumpherston, & Ratho areas - £7 per 15 mins or £12 per 30 mins.

Bathgate (please note only cover certain areas are covered) -£8.00 per 15 mins or £12.00 per 30 mins Currie - £10.00 per 15 mins or £15.00 per 30 mins.

Payment by either cash or Bacs transfer is accepted. No additional cost for up to 2 pets anymore than 2 a charge of £1.00 per visit is added.

No hidden costs.

If your pet requires veterinary care while looking after them I will take them to your chosen vet, or pick it up from your vet should it be required.

I've also completed a pet first aid course, a Pdsa what cats need course and Feline care and welfare. Also a Feline Behaviour and Psychology diploma course, then a Pet Bereavement councillor course . Giving you extra peace of mind your pet is in safe hands. You can view my insurance paperwork & my disclosure Scotland certificate at the meet and greet. I also have a PVG certificate and registered with SSSC. Cancellation fees - up to 14 days no fee, 2-14 days 50% booking cost, less than 48 hours 100% of booking cost will be required to be paid. Please be advised payment is required in full before services begin. Please note there is an extra fee for Christmas & New year bookings. Personal data: New GDPR policy 2018.

What we need, how we obtain it and why it’s needed - Here at Pets lunches, Livingston (Jillian Allan owner) we take your privacy seriously and will only use the personnel information to provide the service you requested. This information includes name, address, phone number, email, emergency contact (if there is one), pet & vet details and any details for home security ie alarms and dates so we can provide visits to your pet in your home. Which we obtain when you fill in the service agreement form. We require to know this basic personnel data as above so we can provide the pet sitting service you require. If this information isn’t provided unfortunately we will be unable to provide our service to your pet. We do not collect any information that is not appropriate to the care of your pet during or after visits.

What next, sharing information, securing it & how long it’s keep it for - The paperwork you initially complete is filed securely, which only (Jillian Allan) has access to. This data is securely processed electronically which is then created into create abstracted versions for use during any future home visits. The forms are only stored on the hard drive no where else. On occasion if we can not provide visits a holiday cover cat sitter will assist if you agree to this and they will be given your data. The forms will be kept securely when I’m providing visits they will be kept in a locked filing case. We do not and will not share your data with any 3rd parties, promotions or business, except your vet/vet nominated by ourselves in the event your pet required emergency care. Generally we will keep your data for 5 years, after which the paper copies will be destroyed by a shredder and files deleted from our drive. This is in with keeping tax/business records for 5 years (unless you are a regular customer & happy for us to keep the data stored if you rather we didn’t please contact us).

Anything else -Our website collects data of the device you use to visit us and does not collect any personal details. Intermittently we send newsletters via e mail to our clients regarding any updates, changes and bookings. We will not send you spam or marketing links. If you would rather not receive newsletters please contact us.
