Today I decided to see if my female Venezuelan Suntiger is ready to mate with my mature male 😀. The female is at the bottom and the male is at the top, the male was constantly tapping and communicating to the female throughout the courtship and yes he was successful in the mating process and he got away at the end. If my female lays an egg sack it could have 50-200 babies inside 🕷🦂🦎🪱🐍

This is my LP (Lasiodora Parahybana birdeater). She has recently molted and the molt was 5 inches so she must be touching at least 6 inches now (15cm). These guys can grow to a massive 8/9inches plus (20+cm)🕷🦂🦎🪱🐍

Today at Newbridge carnival I had a young man who was ever so polite and well mannered and he spent nearly all day with us learning everything he wanted to know about the animals. I think his name was Joseph and he could see that we were busy but he waited for his turn and when he asked to hold something he always called me sir with a smile. At the end of the day he had a fantastic time and gave me a hug good bye. If you ever get to see this thank you for a great day 🦎🪱🐍🕷🦂

I've finally finished my Balfouri commune enclosure. It was a little project that I was working on for a few months and I'm proud of the finished set up. I have 8 Balfouri tarantulas this enclosure but i have 5 more coming next week 🕷🦎🪱🐍🦂
