I think everyone can appreciate the amount of advice I give to clients all the way thru the process and the time I take on phone calls at all times of day and night and messages and don’t charge for this so if I can’t get back to you there and then I will return the call I can’t answer the phone 24/7 but I will try and do my best.
So I scanned this wee girl yesterday and gave an estimate of 26/12 for pups due…. Could these be Xmas day pups I wonder 💭
Saw this on another page and thought I would share it with you all.
Might do a wee live video on placentas next week as it’s a question I get asked about all time.
This is a very rare placenta and not very Common but it does happen and quite panic a lot of people are can experienced breeders.
So just quickly -
What is a placenta - the placenta is the organ that carried nutrients, oxygen and hormones from mum to pups and transfers waste products and carbon dioxide back to the the mum for her to dispose of.
Should I cut the placenta - no!! You are there to oversee the delivery of pups incase anything goes wrong.
Mum will snip the cord and eat the afterbirth it’s a natural instinct.
The sac the puppy is born in forms part of the placenta and follows after the pup is born (sometimes this doesn’t always happen but it’s nothing to panic about - most of the time)
The below photos is a zonary placenta
It’s ring of tissue that forms around the pup.
The last photo is what it normally looks like and what most of us will see!!
Well 1st of October where has that came from, this year is certainly flying in.
Again I say it every month maybe more but thank you to all my clients new and old

Kennel build is definitely on its way should have been completed this week but they been delayed by manufacturer till middle/end of October, this will not effect anyone booked for this month, I will be setting up the kennels own fb page later this month and will keep everyone updated with this as the month goes on.
My own pups are now just over 3wks and coming along great thanks to everyone who has been asking I will get some photos up soon.
Look forward to seeing all my clients that are booked in this month 👍
Below is some poodle 🐩 pups I popped in to see a few days ago ❤️❤️🐶🐶
Well here they are, nearly 15hrs to have 4 pups they are settled and doing well, total wee mish mash, I am exhausted and mentally drained She definitely had me stressed today 🤦♀️
Thanks to all my clients for being so understanding think I have got back to everyone if I haven’t pls chase me up tomorrow.
I was planning on doing a live video of her having the pups but 2 were born outside in garden 1 of which I had to assist as it came out in no bag and abit lifeless but it’s doing amazing now, the 1st one was born without me knowing till I heard a wee squeak at 2am this morning the 2nd was born 5hrs later backwards.
Sometimes things just don’t go as planned!!

Check out these wee cutties!! There are some looking for 🏠!! Cockerpoos mixed colours dad a wee poodle and mum a cocker!
What a good mum looking after her singleton pup❤️❤️
A new microchipping law for cats is coming into place on 10th June 2024. Whilst this is only coming into place in England i strongly recommend all cat owners chip their pet so that if they get lost it is much easier to get reunited again.
If you’d like to book to get your cat microchipped please call or message me
My twin girls not long now till lambs come ❤️🤦♀️
My own girl started nesting last night and breathing changed she has only just settled down and now having a wee snooze 💤
Wee video of 2 of the pups just after they were born ❤️❤️
This is the 1st video, cells still look
Like fried eggs and not much clumping and cells very sparse, this wee dog isn’t ready to mate at this point.
Had this wee gorgeous wee cocker in for cytology 2 days ago and she just wasn’t ready that’s the 1st video then had her back this morning for 2nd test and you can see from video 2 how different the cells are in shape and a lot more clumping which is what we want.
She isn’t ready quite yet advised owner to mate on sat.
This is the 2nd video - a lot more cells, big area of clumping cells, cells have changed shape more like broken glass than fried eggs 👍
Nice cytology test carries out this morning on lab! Save to say she is ready to be mated 👍
