Do your cats go crazy for catnip?⁠ 🐈⁠

Some cats will have a strong reaction to catnip and will get frisky, meow, growl, purr, drool and generally act crazy for several minutes!⁠

Some cats will totally ignore it (no surprises there). ⁠
⁠
Either way, your kitty will love our Fishy Catnip biscuits! ⁠If the catnip doesn't entice them, the fishy mackerel will.⁠

☀️⁠ A little Paste of Sunshine ☀️⁠
⁠
Since Turmeric is one of our favourite ingredients, we’re sharing a quick and simple recipe to make your dog's own turmeric paste. 👩‍🍳⁠
⁠
You’ll need:⁠
⁠½ cup of organic turmeric powder⁠
1 cup of water⁠
½ cup of organic coconut oil⁠
2-3 tsp of cracked black pepper⁠
⁠
💛 Add the water and turmeric to a pan, slowly bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently until the mixture forms a paste (this takes a couple of minutes).
💛 Let the paste cool down, then stir in the coconut oil and black pepper.⁠
⁠💛 Put your golden paste into an airtight container in the fridge where it will keep for up to two weeks.⁠

🤷‍♀️ How much should you give your dog?
For all dogs, start by adding a pea-sized portion to their diet during the first week.

Small dogs (under 15kg)
Increase to ¼ teaspoon twice a day.

Medium dogs (15kg - 30kg)
Increase to ½ - ¾ teaspoon twice a day.

Large dogs (over 30kg)
Increase to 1 teaspoon twice a day.

🤓 TIP: Turmeric leaves the body quickly, so it’s best to feed smaller amounts a few times a day.
