As she’s getting older (10!), he joints are getting a little more creaky, so I make sure she gets as much joint support as she needs. And she still tries to sneak a few extra! 🥰

🎄🚗 Heading off on Christmas adventures with your dog?

If car journeys make their tummy turn, try these travel tips:

✨ Skip the big meal for 3 hours before you go (just a tiny snack if needed)
✨ Let them see forwards, not sideways - it really helps with dizziness
✨ Cover side windows to calm the visual “spin”

Walking the dogs is one of my favourite parts of the day 🐾

They’re in their absolute element - noses to the ground, everything gets a sniff (!) and I get to switch off, breathe a bit deeper and let the day untangle itself while we wander. It’s like a little reset button for all of us (with a few snack breaks along the way, obviously).
