A great start to the new year with Kaya at the Capital LH AB Cat Association and Eastern LH, SLH & AB Cat Club joint shows yesterday.
Kaya had a red card day 😻. She was awarded 2 Imperial certificates, 2 Best of Breeds, a 1st/3 in her miscellaneous class and a judges choice award. She handled really well and as usual had a great time.
Well done clever girl 🏵 🌟

Kaya and I had a lovely time at the National CC & Maidstone and Medway CC joint show yesterday. Always a well run and fun show for Christmas and a catch up with friends. There was an amazing turn out of 357 cats! Kaya was awarded a Best of Breed in the National Cat Club show and a 1/3 in her misc class. She had tough competition in her title class today and at just over 2 years old is still looking a baby really to be competing in this class but she just loves shows! She had a great day having cuddles and showing off how sweet the Korat is ❤️.

Maia & I had a great weekend attending the Supreme Cat Show. Maia was as good as gold travelling and in the hotel room. She loved the hotel with just me and her.
Maia looked great in her show drapes made by Angela Heath of Marmelstein bibs and beds. Angela set them all up for us too 🙂.
Maia was awarded her first UK Grand certificate (an award only given at the supreme show) and Best of Breed. The Korats and Thais were popular during the day with people coming to see them and of course they were more than happy to chat to their public!

Yesterday Maia and I attended the Korat & Thai Cat Association 16th Annual Show. Maia was such a good girl and not only was she a dream in the car when we travelled for hours to and from the show but she bagged herself her first Olympian certificate!! So proud of her. She is a lovely sweet girl and I’m glad she showed the judge this. Thank you to the KTCA committee for putting on a great show day for everyone.
I also did rather well on both the RBBA (the show is shared with the Russian Blue Breeders Association) and KTCA raffles, so all the cats have had the best weekend with loads of new toys to play fetch with!

Today we were in Maidstone at the East Sussex Cat Club annual show. Always a lovely show and today didn’t disappoint.
Maia was trying an Olympian class again and came 4th/5 and even got a pretty rosette this time for her placing. She was awarded the Best of Breed over her daughter and came 1st/ 6 in her misc class.
Kaya came along for the ride more than anything as she’s still quite young looking (or so I thought) and amazed me by being awarded her first Imperial Grand Challenge Certificate (IGCC) in a class of 3! Such a clever girl.
