Let's get those teeth squeaky clean!

🍏 Apples not only provide vitamin A, vitamin C and fibre, but help to freshen breath and keep teeth clean. Make sure to remove the core and the seeds before giving them to your dog.

🪥 Nature's toothbrush, celery takes a lot of chomping which is great for cleanliness, and also offers dogs vitamins A, B and C, along with fibre. Cut it into chewable pieces to prevent choking.

🥕 Munching on carrots can help shift unwanted plaque and tartar build-up, and keep their breath smelling good.

🎃 Pumpkin is a great source of fibre, iron, potassium, carotene and vitamin A for your dog, and is great for their digestive health. Plus, it can help massage your dog’s gum line helping to keep nasty plaque and tartar at bay.

🥥 Proven to kill bacteria that cause tooth decay, coconut oil is brilliant to rub onto their teeth and gums.

Don't forget - everything in moderation and speak to your vet if you're unsure about adding something new to your dog's diet. 😎

🤔 Why does the colour of my grass change between orders? 🤔

It's a great question! Here's the lowdown... 🔎

Piddle Patch is made from real grass, which means it's subject to natural variations in texture and thickness, as well as in the colour and length of the grass. 🌱

Various factors affect the appearance and lifespan of the grass, including the time of year, exposure to heat, cold and sunlight, under-watering and over-watering, how often it is used by your pet and the amount of p*e to which it is exposed.

All of these factors will affect both the appearance and usable life of the product. In other words, don't worry - variation is normal! ✅

Is your dog digging at their Piddle Patch? 🐾🙈

Some dogs like to dig at the grass and play with it when they're first introduced, but there are some ways you can discourage the behaviour to ensure it's used just for p*e breaks!

🦴 Provide your dog with plenty of exercise and stimulation - they have a lot of energy!
🦮 Take an extra long walk each day, or multiple smaller walks throughout the day.
🎾 If you catch your dog digging, take them away from Piddle Patch and encourage them to play elsewhere by providing a fun activity for them to do, or a fun game to play.
🧺 Consider making them a special place to dig using old towels or sheets.
🗣️ Use your command word (“go potty”, “go wee”, etc) to indicate that you want them to relieve themselves on their patch.
🚫 If your dog starts to dig, say “no” in a firm voice, regain their attention and move your dog away from Piddle Patch to play elsewhere.
🙌 As always, offer lots of praise and rewards every time they successfully use their Piddle Patch to potty.
