I understand sometimes people forget and I'm not perfect with organisation and timing myself(adhd 🙄😂) but just not bothering to show up is just rude, and I've lost a lot of money from it. Please Let me know ASAP if you can't make an appointment so i can give your appointment to someone else or if you are running late, I don't mind a few minutes early or late but I've had people come 40 mins early which I either won't be there or will be grooming another dog, or are always very late picking their dog up and I'm basically dog sitting for free and end up getting home sometimes over an hour late. 😕 Please write your appointments down, most grooms are around 2 and a half hours but can be anywhere from 2-3 and a half hours, I send a text usually with a bit of notice when they're ready.

There's a big difference between grooming an aggressive or very stressed anxious dog and a happy healthy relaxed one, as I have anxiety myself it can be very stressful if they really don't want to be there as I just want them to look and feel their best. It also helps when owners let them walk in by themselves and drop them off confidently and quickly, they pick up on your energy, so on the other hand when they're dragged in and if you make a big fuss out of leaving them like it's a bad thing they're being groomed it will only make them more upset and anxious.

Winnie was adorable, first groom with me 😊 I do usually suggest just a scissor trim for poms unless very matted so would've clip a pom that hasn't been clipped before.
