Columbia Road Christmas Wednesday is returning this year starting next Weds. we will be open from 4pm so you pups can come earlier and have a festive treat on the house.

For pawrents, carols start at 7pm. The church will bring a piano next to the Christmas tree to sing together with you.

Hi pups 🐶. We had been busy bringing Christmas to more pups in London. Over the years we have been told we are the best Christmas dog shop in London and we see many customers returning over Christmas time. We are very thankful for the support❤️.

The truth is we all make rookie mistakes.

When I first open the shop I stocked too many paint by number kits thinking people would enjoy doing their own painting. Little did I know it is actually not popular and I ended up having a lot of stock left. We have been donating it to charity who holds art classes for the good and would hate to send them to landfills.

So I have decided to learn how to paint by practicing, following the numbers. This painting is my second painting that I paint over the paint by numbers kit. I am quite pleased with it and of course plenty of improvement!!! My next challenge is to paint a Hockney version of Monty.

Anyone out there wants to paint in the park over a glass of wine with us?

Do you call your pooch barbie sometimes? I find it really hard not to coordinate my outfit with Monty. His cheeky tongue got me and I think he must agrees that it’s a barbie and me style this August 🎀💕

The dog is the most faithful animal in the world and beloved by men. We cannot agree more.

and I were super impressed with the Portrait of dogs exhibition. I needed to have a painting for Monty and I am not a painter myself. This is my first acrylic painting using the paint by number as a base to give me some confident. Then I freestyle and have Monty sit tight as a model. It took me about 6 hours to finish it.

Would any of you interested in painting a Hockney style of your dogs/ kitties together ?

My little lion king is always the inspiration of our custom costume. As soon as he sees sewing machine is out, he will be helpful being my mannequin knowing he has a mission. He is very proud to showcase his outfits giving us the best pose to capture. Without his help, we wouldn’t have made it this far! Long Live my Little Lion King Monty. 👑🇬🇧🐾🐶

This photo of Monty is my favorite as he is the king of my heart. I am sure you pooches are the same for you pawrents.

On the coronation day, we will be on Columbia Road to watch the fly past with family and friends. We will have some drinks and nibbles together to celebrate this once in a lifetime moment with many photoshoot opportunities wearing our Royal costume.
