✨ Here’s a little behind-the-scenes update from Taylor & Floof HQ! ✨

Over Christmas, we decided it was time for a BIG change – we’re moving to a new website provider! 🌐 Why? Because in just a few weeks, we’ll officially have a fulfillment center packing your orders. 🎉

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s one I’m confident in. After working closely with our factory, I’m proud to say the quality of our mats has reached a point where only a small number have defects. That means it’s time to pass on packing duties so I can focus on creating, growing the business, and (finally) looking after my mental health. 🧘‍♀️

For those who don’t know, I also work full-time, so Taylor & Floof is something I pour my heart into during evenings and weekends. I genuinely can’t remember the last full weekend I took off.

As exciting as these changes are, the switch to Shopify has been a challenge. We’ve sadly lost many of our cherished reviews in the process, which has been heartbreaking. 💔 But we’ve set up a Trustpilot, and if you’ve ordered from us before and want to share your experience again, it would mean the world to me. 🌟

Reflecting on this year, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude 🥹✨ It’s so easy to focus on what’s next, but today, we’re celebrating the wins:

🎉 5x the products sold compared to last year
🎉 Our amazing Instagram community has grown to almost 35k (fingers crossed we hit it by year-end!)
🎉 New products launched, old favourites reworked, and more on the way
🎉 Donations made to incredible charities
🎉 And most importantly—helping thousands of dogs (puppies to seniors) learn to settle and live happier lives! 🐾
