I’m continuing to share some of the lost reviews from our website, and honestly, I’m loving it! 🥹💛 A few people have asked, “Can’t you just transfer them over from Squarespace to Shopify?”—trust me, we tried! For some reason, a handful made it through, but over 300 reviews just wouldn’t budge. 😭

As frustrating as it is to lose them, this has given me the chance to properly read every single one—the good, the constructive, and everything in between. Your feedback means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for every order, every kind word, and every dog that’s loving their settle mat! 🐶💛

Who says settle mats are only for small dogs? 🐾 Big dogs deserve comfort too, and these gentle giants are proof that our mats are for EVERYONE! From Great Danes to Retrievers.🐕✨ My question to big dogs is should we do a more padded mat for the big boys? Do they need more padding than the average dog?

✨ Here’s a little behind-the-scenes update from Taylor & Floof HQ! ✨

Over Christmas, we decided it was time for a BIG change – we’re moving to a new website provider! 🌐 Why? Because in just a few weeks, we’ll officially have a fulfillment center packing your orders. 🎉

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s one I’m confident in. After working closely with our factory, I’m proud to say the quality of our mats has reached a point where only a small number have defects. That means it’s time to pass on packing duties so I can focus on creating, growing the business, and (finally) looking after my mental health. 🧘‍♀️

For those who don’t know, I also work full-time, so Taylor & Floof is something I pour my heart into during evenings and weekends. I genuinely can’t remember the last full weekend I took off.

As exciting as these changes are, the switch to Shopify has been a challenge. We’ve sadly lost many of our cherished reviews in the process, which has been heartbreaking. 💔 But we’ve set up a Trustpilot, and if you’ve ordered from us before and want to share your experience again, it would mean the world to me. 🌟

Reflecting on this year, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude 🥹✨ It’s so easy to focus on what’s next, but today, we’re celebrating the wins:

🎉 Our amazing Instagram community has grown to almost 35k (fingers crossed we hit it by year-end!)
🎉 New products launched, old favourites reworked, and more on the way
🎉 Donations made to incredible charities
🎉 And most importantly—helping thousands of dogs (puppies to seniors) learn to settle and live happier lives! 🐾
