Central sides, meeting a potential client and decided to take a lil' break to watch the world go by. I LOVE LOVE LOVE training but I also need some time to be a human sans Doggos. Training takes physical and mental energy and is often non-stop. It's good to recharge the batteries so I can be my best self for the dogs I'm training. Also good practice for separation anxiety for our current board and train resident Lola. I'm watching her on the remote camera and she's snoozing away. Last week I couldn't even be in another room without her. Progress is so rewarding. 🙌🐶❤️

Is it OK to let your dog on the couch?

Depends. Do they get off when you ask them to? Is their behaviour in other areas acceptable? If the answer is yes then there's no problem giving them that privilege. It only becomes a problem if they're making the decisions in the home rather than you. Make sure you're communicating effectively with your dog and when you ask them to do something, you follow through by making sure they do it. 🐶🥰🐕👍
