I love coming to pick up Rolo and Pepper each day. I love seeing their happy little faces.
How many doggos in the tunnel at @allseasons_pawpark? Well here comes Holly through the tunnel followed by her friends. ❤️
Tomorrow I will post up my video of the park with some reasons why it is one of the best Paw Parks we have been too.
In the meantime do get in touch if you would like to join us on our regular Nanny Toebeans excursions.

Back to Snuffle Dog Cafe & Wine Bar today. Remember to keep your dogs cool! Here are some tips for safe activity today.
Dogs do not release heat in the same way we do so hotter temperatures affect them faster. In temperatures above 25 we may struggle to keep our cars cool even with aircon. Here are some tips for walking your dogs safely.
- cover your car with aluminium blankets or use sheets at sundown. Each time you stop your car replace the covering. This will also mean you need to use the aircon less and you will save on petrol.
- If you can pre cool your car.
- Carry water with you and encourage your dog to drink. Some dogs need to see it is water so move it a little with your finger.
- ventilate the car with boot locks and window vents.
- Stick to safe temperatures and times, this can vary for different dogs but ideally above 23 degrees you should be walking your dog early morning and late evening.
- Reduce the time of walks and the pace. Your dog does not need a full hour.
Saturn and Kodi spotted the Lamas after quite some time and really didn't seem bothered by them. They played in the farm field for nearly 2 hours before spotting them.
Nothing like a training walk with little Errol. Look how well he focuses. I am incredibly impressed. He has all the distraction of smells and noise around him yet on he goes.
What age are these dogs? Can you guess? Can you guess what breed they all have in common?
Conversations with Romeo. ❤️
One for you and one for you and you and you. Look how amazingly well behaved these dogs are being. Look how they pay attention ❤️
I absolutely love Cora and Zen in this video! They look so cute and they are listening so well to what I am asking them to do. ❤️👂🐕
I got the best damn doodle cuddles today. 3 doodles all wanting attention was absolute heaven! Here is how I thanked them. ❤️😍
This dogs name is Zen. She is a great testament to her name, super happy all the time and full of life. She woo woooo's with joy every time I come to get her and throughout the parks. She adores getting dirty. She is one of the smiliest dogs I have ever met!
So dogs will do what you are, if your energy is low and you walk slow so will they. Today I did "run doggy run" to encourage the dogs to start playing and to boost their energy. They absolutely loved it!
A taste of Toebeans pawternity nannying and this pups first experience of a fully packed day.
London Bridge schniffs at Borough Market and a pub lunch (for me). Trust me when I say this is enrichment. A train journey, all the schniffs of a market, pub schniffs let to two passed out dogs in 2 hours. Look how long their noses are down to the ground, this is very different to how they normally walk. This experience is tiring for them and it engages their natural behaviours which means better behaviour.
We love to do a bit of treat training here at Toebeans. Why? Well because it engages and tires your dog by giving them a problem to solve. It also builds and maintains my bond with the dogs which will help ensure they have good recall. Treat training is also a great thing to whip out to distract dogs from doing something they shouldn't be!
If we have time at the end of a walk we may do something like this as well as during walks.
How can you tell if you've got a good dog carer? Well, they are empathetic and give you lots of updates. I hugely empathise with the anxiety that can go along with handing your baby over which is why I will do things like filming a video showing how we are getting on on the first day.
Sight hounds or food guzzlers lol? To slow Tiggy down I introduced slow feeding and split her meal into two portions. If I hadn't done this Tiggy would have pretty much inhaled her food and potentially thrown up. Sight Hounds can suffer with bloat which can be a very dangerous condition so eating slowly and well before exercise is important.
