What an invitation. Whilst walking Remi in the park I felt compelled to have sit at this bench as just take a moment to myself to observe the beauty that surrounds me as drink it in.

And breath...sometimes I realise that I’ve slipped into a routine of doing the same route round the same park everyday...this is when I realise I’m not making the most of this nourishing experience.

By letting the walk and the day, the weather, the other walkers, the dogs we meet, where my dog Remi wants to go...that’s truly enjoying the experience and being mindful of what’s developing around me...being open to my own senses and how my surrounding guided me...tats ring ope to the divine nature, to Mother Earth...

So here I a and it’s gorgeous.

Good morning my beautiful friends,I know it seems crazy to be posting bare face early morning shots of yourself before you get out of bed but I sometimes...a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.
Starting this channel has been a whole revelation for me.
It’s been helping me to become more authentic about self and who I really am. I think that’s very important in life.
There’s a tendency to spend a lot of time looking at images of ourselves/public figures/loved ones that aren’t real and it distorts is from our own reality let alone anyone else’s.
I think getting real with yourself is one of the key attributes to a personally successful life because it means that you are not wasting your energies on pretence.
Don’t get me wrong, I will be posting pics of me glam’d up and made up but given that I’m in a period of my life where I haven’t got the energy for this or the resources, I thought I’d try tipping the balance a little bit from the filter side.
I don’t think that filters and retouching etc shouldn’t be here as I’m definitely going to be using them at points, but I think we should consciously be using them rather than obsessively and consistently. There is definitely beauty in everyone of us. There’s a guy who travels around the world giving inspirational speeches about accepting the person you are and his face is very different. I think he has a condition that deformed it and he’s still happy and successful in his life.
So here’s to being comfortable o your skin, no matter what it’s like or how different it is.
Love yourself from the inside out because if you don’t, it’s much harder for others to love you in that way also.
We are all energies living on an energetic field. Positive thoughts creates positive action within us and around us. The same goes for negative thoughts. But it all starts from within. You can’t truly love anything else around you if you don’t truly love yourself. And the quickest way to do this is by accepting yourself for who you are, how you look and how you feel, how you react to things and how you think about things.I could go on but I’ve ran out of space. 01/03/2021 I’ll start blogging about this on my website. I’ve decided that from 1st March I’m going to start focusing on my life and start getting myself fit and healthy...spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally...I will be working on coming into union with this things, rebalancing myself.
I will track this journey on social media so if anyone wants to join me then please do and let’s support each other.

Making changing in life is hard but it’s not impossible. And the benefits of over coming your obstacles are out of this world.

I can’t wait to feel more in union with myself and be vibrating at a much higher frequency than I am today. After all, we are all beings of light and energy so it really is all about that.

So I know right now I’m just talking about what I’m going to do but I do feel preparation is key.

I currently live with my mum since last year in a small council flat in London so it was important for me to speak with her about my plans for change as I’ll be sharing her kitchen, living room and space. She totally gets it and said she’s onboard with me so that’s really helpful.

I’m going to be addressing my diet, my sleep patterns, my exercise, meditation time, vision board (manifesting), my beauty regime, my social media or screen time and some constructive thinking time too....whilst having FUN! That part is very important...and probably most importantly who I am investing time and energies into...ensuring those people are right for me at the time....and I will also need to spend time in nature so if that’s the allotment then that’s important too.

So tell me if you will too!? March 1st are we on!?
