Yes Sir! You are the cutest little pup of the day. I totally fell in love with this little guy, he's adorable amd he did really well with his behaviour too since I was warned he can be difficult but nope he was wearing his angel 😇 hat 👒 today 💙
The sweetest and most well behaved little girlie today. Ruby had her first professional grooming session and she aced it 👍 lots of kisses, cuddles and love and I think she enjoyed it all.

I have had in the past 2 days 3 people say I'm too expensive. That's OK, I'm not designed to fit every budget, and I knew that when I started my business. I was always aiming for a luxury service and for people who truly care about their dogs' welfare as a priority. Here are a few of the things I have to pay out for before I even take a wage! To cover absolutely everything, I should be charging £83 per hour! I understand that's not affordable to most people, and so I have 2 choices, 1) use lesser quality products to increase profit margins 2) don't save for holiday and sick pay. I refuse to compromise on the product quality for my clients, and so I don't get any paid time off. If I'm not working, I'm not earning. It's as simple as that.
Pippin 💝 he hasn't always been the easiest dog to groom but he has grown and flourished. He now gives me kisses during his grooms, he knows I won't hurt him and I give him lots of praise when he gets it right. I genuinely feel so proud of Pippin and the progress he has made 😊

A dog has never died from missing a walk but they have died from walking in the heat. Brachycephalic (flat nose) breeds are at increased risk and even on days that don't seem too hot the cloud cover can be deceptive.

Welcome Carter to the Boujee family 🥰 Carter is an American Cocker spaniel and retired show dog. For pets who will tolerate me handling and working in their mouth I can offer this painless and anaesthesia free service at £80 per session (Most dogs who are compliant can be done in 1-2 sessions). This can be added to your groom or as a standalone service.
Please note that this does not replace vet Care and its important for pet owners to take a proactive role in their pets oral health.
In order to have the best chance of securing the dates and times you like advance booking is advise. Annual block booking is always welcomed and encouraged

My sweet Tristan has been really poorly 😢 recently diagnosed with underactice thyroid which has resulted in large areas hair loss, super dry, crusty skin in some areas and his beard was very matted today so we fashioned him a little donut muzzle instead. Little cutie 💓

I really dislike the little dog hate that's out there. Unless you know Jasmine you don't know her story. Jasmine used to be super friendly but she got sick, turns out she had meningitis in her neck area of her spine. She spent time in the vet hospital away from her family, strange people shaved her, stuck needles in her, took blood from her. Although these people were all trying to make her better she was scared, poorly and had no one she knew for comfort so when she is acting up now I feel like it's a defence mechanism rather than aggressive tendencies. Jasmine's family spent £10,000 getting her well enough to come home! Jasmine can be a little challenging sometimes but it just makes me love her more and everytime we achieve something together I feel so proud of her 💗
This is sweet boy, handsome, the ragdoll cat. Handsome's mum has been struggling to get the fleas under control and combined with him being an entire male cat he smelt very strongly of male pheromones and urine where he sprays so there was nothing else to do but get the coat off, get him a good bath and hope he feels better. Unfortunately being an entire cat and being allowed to go outside he is getting into scrapes with the other local Tom cats and removing the coat makes those war wounds easy to see but now he has no coat for protection so it's important he isn't allowed outside. His mum is now looking into getting him neutered which will be hugely beneficial.

Not all groomers are created equal. I spent 5 years grooming the lovely Lola, but since my departure from the old salon I haven't seem Lola until today. Her mum was increasingly unhappy with the grooms Lola had been receiving. I was only too happy to make an appointment for Lola when her mum found me and today I returned her to her former glory. Lolas mum was thrilled and the greeting Lola gave me was so wonderful 💖
When you are searching for a groomer be sure to ask about any qualifications or photo references as to the ability of the groomer and your breed of dog. I've worked very hard and continue to do so to try and always deliver the best skill set, knowledge and care for my clients and their owners 💗

I just needed to pop on and let you all know that I've had some bad news.
Unfortunately, my mum has been diagnosed with cancer again. This time, it is in her liver.
On the most part I will try to keep things at business as usual and I hate to mess people around but I may need to reschedule some appointments and sometimes this may be at short notice if I need to get my mum to an appointment as our local hospital has handed the case over to the Royal Free hospital who are the specialist liver centre. Wherever possible, I will try to give as much notice as I can and will do my best to not inconvenience anyone.
You are all wonderful and I appreciate you all. I felt sure you will all understand and so as sad as it is to type this out I know I've got the best clients and I can't wait to resume all the love from your fabulous dogs and cats. 💞

Halfway point....bathed and dried, and what I can say is the facial shampoo really seemed to break that dirt down with ease. When blow drying there was a subtle aroma of the strawberry 🍓 and vanilla shampoo which was very pleasant and great of you don't wish to use perfume. Overall the product cleaned well, hasn't irritated my hands at all (huge plus!) And the coat looked, felt and smelled fantastic. I have travelled to Russia and Malaysia in pursuit of furthering my skills and attend masterclasses all over the UK to consistently better my skills to bring my A game to your pets grooming experience. If ever you are not happy, let's talk and work through the problem. If you need advice I always give this freely and have saved many clients wasted money on unnecessary treatments. What I won't tolerate is being accused of cutting dogs or people implying I do not give the best care to their animal. All pets need regular grooming end of. Owning a pet is a luxury and not a right. If money is tight we can cut the hair shorter to give you longer between appointments but allowing hair to grow long or become matted then cutting short comes with the risk of irritation and as the pet owner you need to be prepared for this and ready to cater for your pets needs.

Environment is super important when choosing a groomer. Some dogs like Wilson here don't cope well in a busy salon environment, he needs calm and relaxed energy and environment to be the best he can be for his groom. We've gone from a dog that was being sedated for grooming to allowing me to do everything in 2 sessions.
