Say hello to Kylo!

We are thrilled to share the start of our amazing journey with Kylo, a brave 56kg German Shepherd who has faced numerous challenges with his skin health. After struggling with allergies and skin issues since he was young he was diagnosed with dermatitis over a year ago, Kylo was in desperate need of help.

The vets treatments, including antibiotics and steroids, just weren't cutting it, and they even led to further complications. The long term use of steroids prescribed by the vet actually caused Calcinosis Cutis which is a rare condition causing calcium salts to build up on the skin meaning Kylo had the crippling skin condition you see in the pictures.

After numerous follow up visits to vets and a referral to specialist Dick White in Newmarket, Kylo's family spoke to us and we offered our advice.

With our tailored approach and high-quality natural products, we were able to provide Kylo with the support he needed. A tailored diet of Venison and Fish with a specialist cocktail of natural herbal ingredients. In just three weeks, the difference has been nothing short of miraculous!

Kylo is now more comfortable and happier than ever. His fur is growing back, and he has regained his playful spirit. We are incredibly grateful to have played a part in continuing to improve his quality of life.

We've been scouring through our video vaults here at Brown's and we stumbled on a Christmas Classic.

This video was made the very first year we brought our Santa Sack to Brown's. It was first shown in 2018, which was Cloud's second Christmas.

Today I was presented a bill to Parliament to introduce ‘Tuk’s Law’. 🐶 🐱

The Pets (Microchips) Bill proposes that no healthy or treatable pet can be euthanised by a vet without having its microchip scanned first. It also proposes that no pet can be put to sleep without the permission of its registered owner and that all other options of rehousing a healthy or treatable pet have to be exhausted before euthanasia is considered.

RIP SAM💔 Last week our loving, caring, loyal Staffordshire Bull Terrier Sam passed away peacefully! We are truly heartbroken as a family💔 When we rescued Sam over 10 years ago he spent every day in the pet shop and many of our past and present customers would have had the pleasure of meeting Sam. You would always have been greeted with his wagging tail and he loved being made a fuss of however a few years ago Sam officially retired from Brown’s! Sam was loved by everyone and has left us with a huge hole in our hearts but he can now rest peacefully. We all love you Sam🤍
