We are back from a lovely week in Cornwall 🌊
With lots of dog friendly places including this beach in Perranporth, we were glad to have onsite dog washing facilities at our campsite to wash away the sand and sea!

My next pop up stall for doggie shampoo and cologne will be Saturday at the Horseshoes pub East farleigh, Maidstone where there will be a summer party for humans and dogs to enjoy! 🐾

Ah, the sunshine... but still a constant battle with the weather for outdoor events! ☀️🌧🌪

Finally, the gazebo isn't bending in the wind and the signs aren't toppling over. Now the sun is out and the balms are melting! It's a never ending battle but something to learn from each time. Us stallholders really appreciate the time people spend chatting to us and the interest shown in our products because behind the scenes, it can be a struggle. We've had some lovely opportunities this weekend and on to the next event in August!

Briley and I have taken part in several fundraisers over the past few years for the cheetah conservation fund. This autumn we will be focusing on the Livestock guarding dogs - These dogs are raied, cared for and trained to guard the farmers livestock in Africa. It has proven a huge success and protecting the livestock also protect vulnerable predetors like the Cheetah from human/ wildlife conflict.

Unfortunately, they lose many dogs due to venomous snake bites, and the latest campaign is to raise money and awareness in order to complete snake aversion training. Robotic snakes are used, and training starts at a young age. The link below will show more information.

This year, I have a charity stand at Paws in the Park in Kent. I will be raising money for this campaign and if anybody with a small canine business would like to donate their products, vouchers along with their leaflets and business information for the stand, this will be greatly appreciated. 🐾Bring cold fresh water (water also provided for dogs at the cafe)
🐾Walk early morning or late evenings (car park open until 9PM)
🐾Heavy panting, excessive drooling, vomiting and uncoordinated movements are signs of heat stroke - contact a vet immediately
