Loki Dog never played with other dogs in his early years and started going blind aged 2. Now manages to initiate play with others. Just amazing. 🤩 🥰

Happy dogs
Plus I love it when dogs love water as much as I do.
A few days ago, Loki was feeling too nervous to walk in London, now he’s leaping blind into rivers.
Makes the heart sing seeing happy dogs like these two.

Loki just won first place in most handsome boy category and third place in best rescue dog at the Tooting common dog show!

Ok, so it’s not obedience, agility or anything impressive, but just walking around a ring was a huge deal for Loki in a busy, full on and noisy environment.

Some days are good days and Loki and I are leaping in and out of rivers. Some days he can't make it down the street to the local park- that's just how it rolls with anxiety and blindness. He is a trooper.

Loki, my blind rescue lab, came into my life three years ago and has been a big part of many recent changes in my life. I am so proud of this boy- he teaches me stuff every day. When he came to me he was so nervous he could barely manage a walk. Now he is often the only one brave enough to leap into the water to retrieve a ball he can't even see.
