I've been looking after animals since I can remember, and frankly, sometimes, would rather be curled up with a cat on the sofa, or playing fetch in the park than out and about with the human folk. All of the cats I've known and loved have hated going as far as the end of the road in a basket, let alone stay in a cattery. I imagine it's the same for dogs and kennels. I offer two services to enable

your animals to stay at home in their own comfort while you're on your holidays: daily visits include feeding, changing litter, walking, watering plants and bringing the mail in, as well as at least half an hour's cuddle or play, or a live-in service whereby I move in for the time you're away and look after your property as well as your pets. And with the last visit to Gary, we conclude the Christmas cats crazy season! Tonya and I carried out 174 visits between us, over the 16 days from 21st December 2024 - 5th January 2025. Oof! Always makes me giggle when people ask me how my ‘break’ was!

I am so rubbish at keeping www.amyspetservices.co.uk up to date! I’ve just added reviews for the last two years (from our page)! Reading back over them makes me a bit emotional, to be honest. I, and my awesome team, feel so proud and privileged to look after such wonderful pets. The reviews and happy clients are truly why we do what we do.

I first started visiting Alfie in 2015. He was incredibly shy and for years he didn’t come out from under the bed during my visits. Slowly over time he learnt to trust me, maybe even like me 😉.
