We have grown up with the domestic central heating industry embracing new technology as it becomes available. Keeping up to date with the current gas by-laws by regularly attending training courses and current industry trends by being members of both Gas Safe and Corgi. As well as

the company, all our engineers are covered by liability insurances. We value the reputation that has been built up over the past 50 years most of our custom is word of mouth and our aim is to offer a friendly quality service to our customers.

We feel it is not fair to be charging our customers labour time while we wait for Vaillant to answer the phone. 30 minutes (and still holding) being told our custom is important is not good enough. You do not get this with an Ideal Boiler customer care.

FC Sherman & Co (Heating) Ltd were called to find a fault on an existing warm air system in a block of flats. What we found was shocking, other residents of warm air systems in the other flats were oblivious that they were in real danger of being poisoned with CO gasses, we had not choice but to classifying all the warm air systems as Immediately dangerous and disconnecting them from the gas supply. The Government wants us to move from Gas heating to Electric Heating and FC Sherman & Co (Heating) Ltd have just repaired their first broken electric boiler and looking forward to fixing more as they become more mainstream.
