10 YEARS OF ITS A DOG’S LIFE 🍾 🐶🐾 🥳

My first business and a true passion project, it’s not always been plain sailing... There have been a lot of learnings and challenges along the way: a global pandemic, financial pressures and, of course, the ever gut-wrenching losses of members of our beautiful pack that we will always remember.
•
Thank you to my fantastic team (past and present) who have helped keep It’s a Dog’s Life thriving, and to our wonderful clients for your patience and support.
•
I feel extremely lucky and so grateful for every opportunity It’s a Dog’s Life has had, and for every dog we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside.
•
To mark our 10th birthday, we’ve been working with a local artist to immortalise some of the fabulous faces of It’s a Dog’s Life on a tea towel. A percentage of all sales will be donated to Paros Animal Welfare Society, the shelter I adopted Hank from. Hold tight for more updates coming soon!

We’re deeply saddened to share the difficult news with you that our beautiful girl Maggie has passed away 💔
•
The legend will live on forever at It’s a Dog’s Life. She had been a member of the pack for over three years, and despite her size, you couldn’t have known a softer pup. Maggie had a uniquely kind soul, and was an Islington celebrity – cheering up every passerby. If you didn’t know Maggie, you wanted to know her. There wasn’t a day that passed that she didn’t have us in stitches.
•
Our hearts go out to Maggie’s wonderful parents in this difficult time – she didn’t deserve this, and we’re sorry life has been so cruel.
•
We love you forever big girl Maggie, rest in peace sweet darling .girl.maggie 🩷🩵🧡💛💜

Anna came back with more of a souvenir than she bargained for from her recent holiday to Paros, Greece.

That’s right, there’s a new pup in the pack. Welcoming, Hank !!!
•
Anna adopted Hank from PAWS (Paros Animal Welfare Society). Located on the outskirts of the village of Marathi, stray animals are brought when they are first rescued. The team behind this incredible charity work tirelessly to support the strays of Paros, and in the last 10 years more than 1,200 dogs and cats have been rehomed by them.
