Running a small business can have soo many rewards BUT it does have its difficulties.
Reminders of opening hours, reminders to pay invoices, reminders of closures.
Its hard when you loose a client or a client cancels last min, its hard, financially & emotionally it hits.....
Im a YES person & always try to be as helpful & accommadating as I can, but running a small business is hard on tough days/weeks.
So please remember to Pay your Invoices on time, same day for Daycare, arrival for stays.
Please provide poo bags.
Please give me timings of arrival & collection, so im not hanging around waiting....
Please keep within my opening hours
Mon to Thus 8am to 5.30pm fri 5pm
Wkend 9am to 5pm. (I AM FLEXIBLE WHERE NEEDED BUT ONLY BY ARRANGEMENT)
Keep my closure list handy for booking your holidays, I give them out every year for the year ahead.
Finally Im a mum too with family to look after, so if im closed its for a reason.
