Hello everyone! We know that many people are waiting for email responses to order updates, refund, order changes etc.

We experienced an incredible amount of interest over Black Friday and our customer support team are working round the clock to get back to EVERYONE!

Our response times are around 3-4 days right now but we are working hard to bring this back to 1 day response time as fast as we can.

Please only send 1 email. If you send a follow up your email gets moved to the back of the queue on our customer support software. It’s silly we know!

Do know that we are working hard to reply to thousands of people right now and orders are all being processed as usual.

If you’re waiting for a response of any kind please give us some extra time. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience and will be ever grateful during this busy time.
