Good evening all,

Just a little note to say I am completely full to the brim until the 27th December.. 🎅🏻

Easing myself back in has definitely gone by the by but I am so grateful to be so busy despite having 2 months off having my little boy 🤍
I have a cancellation list if anyone that has been unable to get an appointment would like to go on.

I can’t wait to see you all and get back to all my wonderful customers just in time for the mad rush🐾

The 3 weeks leading up to Christmas and between Christmas and New Year are currently full but I am going to open up a few extra days due to an increase in demand so please send me a message this week if you want an appointment before Christmas🎅🏻

Hey everyone,

I am back to work in 3 weeks.. I can’t believe how fast it has gone 😅

I haven’t had my work phone or diary since being off but I will be collecting them this week!

Anyone that I have messaged regarding an appointment for November and December will receive a response over the next week.
I will get back to as many phone calls and messages on my work phone as I can over the next couple of weeks also🐾

If anyone is still wanting an appointment for November/December please get in touch and once I can I will get you booked in!

Good afternoon,

Just wanted to come on and ask that if you aren’t going to show to your appointment or are unable to make your appointment that you please let myself or Steph know.
Steph has had 3 no shows today all of which are my clients.

I am monitoring messages but don’t have access to my work phone with it being in the salon. Anyone that has an appointment with Steph was given her details upon booking so there should be no issues with anyone contacting her to re arrange or cancel.

Good afternoon everyone,

Just a reminder that i am finished now and won’t be back in the salon until the 2nd of November.
I am taking bookings for when I am back as well as Christmas but I am almost fully booked which I am so grateful for ♥️

I am still replying to all messages on Facebook and instagram as and when I can but reply’s aren’t as fast unfortunately .. my work phone is off at the moment and Steph currently has my diary for anyone wanting to book an appointment with me when I am back.

No sign of baby yet but I will keep everyone posted.. if he’s anything like his dad he will be late 🩵

Hello everyone

Just a reminder to say I finish on Wednesday and won’t be back in the salon until the 2nd of November due to baby boys arrival anyday now🫣

I am taking bookings for November onwards, my next being the 14th of November!
I am currently full for Christmas week but have some availability leading up as well as between Christmas and New year 🎅🏻

Please book in advance to avoid disappointment and anyone who is still wanting an appointment whilst I am off will need to contact Steph’s Transfurmations who is doing her best to fit you all in whilst I am away but please be patient with her 🐾

Good afternoon,

We hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather!☀️

Just a heads up to say there will be some slight changes to afternoon appointments this week with the hot weather. Your appointment will either be moved earlier in the day if we can accommodate or moved to next week where we will add appointments on to ensure you don’t miss out.

We aren’t willing to risk the welfare of your dogs when the salon is showing over 30° due to dryers and the weather. This will be re evaluated each day depending on how hot it feels and what it is showing.

I am looking into air conditioning to minimise this when we do have warm weather but this will likely be in place ready for next year 🐾

We hope everyone can understand

Good morning everyone,

Just a reminder I am full until I finish on the 15th August.
I am taking bookings for November and December.

Anyone wanting an appointment whilst I am away Steph’s Transfurmations is taking on as many of you as she can but please be patient when waiting for a reply as there is only her 🐾
I do also reccomend getting in touch as soon as you can for appointments as she is very very limited for August and September.

If you are unable to make your appointment please note I have no availability to change your appointment to another day so this may mean that you have to wait until Steph has availability which could be September time.

🪳Fleas🪳 We are having more and more dogs coming to us with fleas. In the last week we have had 6 dogs with fleas. When an infestation is so bad we have to close the salon to prevent the spread of this to customers that don’t have fleas as well as our own pets at home. Going forward if your dog has fleas they will be sent home and the appointment will unfortunately still need to be paid for. We have been very lenient and understanding in the past but repeat offenders and serious infestations have caused us to have no other option. Your pet should be up to date with flea treatment before attending a grooming appointment. If you notice you dog has fleas before they are due a groom please contact us to re schedule.
