Mouse and Bonnie had a pedicure today! Bonnie fell asleep during hers 🥰 Mouse was a little skeptical to start with, but she had warmed up by the end. They are absolutely lovely girls and I really enjoyed helping them out! 🐾

Hi everyone! I’m now offering an in-house grooming service as part of my business. I come to you! I have a Level 2 Breeds and Grooming qualification at the level of a merit, I can show you my certificates privately if you’re interested! ☺️ I am just doing the last bits to get insurance sorted to cover my grooming, but I’m ready now to take bookings 🐾 Overall for Level 2 Animal Care last year, I achieved a Distinction, and after just completing Level 3 first year I have come out of it with another Distinction!!

I am pet sitting Bella for the weekend! She’s a very sweet girl but she can be shy around new people, I met her twice rather than once to help with this. When I arrived she was very confused, but within 5 minutes she had warmed up and was lying with me on the sofa!

Walkies 🐕🐾💕

Obie, Cal and Luna enjoying their afternoon walk in the sun ☀️🐾

Here is a video of Ernie this morning, I am clicker training him as he is reactive with dogs, cats, people, birds and anything that moves really! The clicker is really useful for dogs that are food orientated, they quickly realise that they will get a treat after they hear a click, and it gives the person walking them a bit of time to get one out. To begin with, I would say his name for attention, then click as I gave him the treat. It was a really good distraction for him, to take his mind off of what he was going to react to. On our walks I will continue to use the clicker, and hopefully as he progresses he will become less inclined to bark at all the things he does now, since the clicker and treats will build up a positive association with seeing things that usually make him bark becoming things that provide him lots of treats and reassurance.
