✨ PERSONAL AND HONEST POST ✨ Please Read ✨

I never thought I would actually sit here and write this but I think after seeing be so brave and open up about her struggles alongside her business it made me feel like I’m not the only person and I’m not a failure for struggling sometimes 🩷

I just really want to protect myself, my mental health and my business. For about 2.5 years now I’ve struggled massively with Health Anxiety - this came from me being unwell myself and doctors not being able to find the cause even though I KNEW there was something wrong! If you know me, you know I don’t give up when I know I’m right 🤣 but the mental toll that’s taken on me to fight is a LOT. I have finally got answers and due to this will be taking off the rest of January from the 12th onwards - hoping to be back early Feb 🤞🏻

I have had therapy, which guess what? Is not a weakness it’s actually POWER 💥 I am working on myself daily, people put so much into their physical health and mental health is just left to crawl it’s way through life 🩷

I am asking you, from the bottom of my heart, please don’t message me with your health issues, I’m sorry that you are suffering and I hope you get the help you need, but I HAVE to protect my mental health. I’ve taken everyone’s stuff on board on-top of my own and felt like saying ‘sorry I can’t talk about this’ is a weakness but even reading your initial messages about health problems with you or your loved ones triggers me MASSIVELY 😔

I hope one day I will be strong enough again to just let people say what’s on their mind and have empathy but be able to not let it consume me, I’m working on it 🩷

A lot of you know my dad was killed by a ‘doctor’ too whilst he was awake and that has had a huge effect on me too and probably has sat in my mind for a long time 🕰️

I don’t even want to post this if I’m being honest, part of me still feels weak and vulnerable but I KNOW I have to do it for myself. Please take note of what I’ve said! Thankyou to everyone who does support me. My customers are amazing and fully understand and I’m so grateful to have you 🩷✨

HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥳 TO TEAM MARVELLOUS DOG BEHAVIOUR 💛🩷🩵

This year has been SO hard and challenging personally for me and a huge part of that alongside a lot of other things 🤪 was loosing our two boys 🩵💙

Marv and Ernie will never be replaced, they came into my life at different times and both helped me through really hard times in my life - to think we are going into a new year without them breaks our hearts 💔 BUT we are SO grateful that we had them both - they grew with us, loved us to bits and we loved them even more back (if that was possible) 🥰

I can’t even remember getting married this year too, that’s a distant memory 😅 you can see what we prioritise- our dogs 🤣🩷🩵🤩

Thankyou to everyone that’s supported me throughout the year of 2023 🥳

We have BIG BIG plans for 2024 - and I think a LOT of you are going to be excited about them 🤭

If you have just made it through 2023 battered and bruised (like us 🤪🤣) then that’s enough - you don’t need to of hit huge milestones or conquered your dreams, to of just survived is enough 🩷

I will be working until the 11th then nothing until at least the end of January 🩷

2023 is DONE ✔️ 🥰🙃🐶

My last walk of the year was with Holly and Bentley who are with me Monday to Friday - EVERY week and I am so lucky to have them, that their mum and dad chose me to walk them, they are a true delight and I love them sooooo much 💙🩷

I just want to take this time to thank ALL my customers I’ve had the pleasure of working for this year, whether it’s been for dog walking, visits, play dates or training 🥰

I am extremely lucky to be able to do the job I LOVE every day and I am grateful for that BUT as dog carers and trainers we do take a lot of rough with the smooth, it’s not all rainbows 🌈 and butterflies 🦋

This year has been a LOT for me personally and my customers have been nothing less than understanding and so compassionate to me and again, I Thankyou from the bottom of my heart 💓

We have some big and exciting plans for next year so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Wishing you all a lovely Christmas 🎄 and Happy & Healthy New Year - I know for me 2023 has been extremely hard and I know it has for a lot of others too, 2024 will be a breath of fresh air and welcomed with open arms by us all 🙃

Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA - I am really just focussing on myself, my adopted doggies, the growth of the business in different ways (all behind the scenes for now) and my personal life 🩷

Not everything needs to be shared and not everything needs to be on social media - I really have learnt that the hard way 🤪🤣

BUT, I am fine, sorry if I’ve only sent you a heart back or not replied, just know I see you and you are appreciated 🩷

Our little princess is at the vets today just to get some teeth 🦷 out 🩷 but honestly loosing Ernie then Marv this year it hits hard dropping her at the vets but our vet is lovely and I know he will look after her 🥰

I am off today and tomorrow but back to it on Wednesday 🥰

💫 2 Years Ago this photo was taken! My business and personal life has had so many ups and downs in the past 2 years but we are still here and still helping doggies daily and making their life more enriched and in the training side more happy and settled 🤩
