We aim to provide a good quality ‘local’ service to all our customers and offer free delivery on orders over £20 to FY8 and FY4 postcodes. We also offer nationwide shipping on non bulky items like dog treat boxes. If you can’t find what you want we’ll get it for you.

Happy Monday!!
We wanted to let you know about our two latest services you can take advantage of. Our Click & Collect service, whilst we are still tweaking this for our upcoming website, you can request from us to order items in for you and have them ready for collection the following week. We can check stock and suppliers for you when you enquire and then arrange with you when they will be available. We can also arrange delivery if easier.
Our other service is for our customers that purchase Durham Raw. We are introducing our Pre-Order service. Please ask for more details. We are implementing both services from today!

It's finally here!! Announcing Annie's Birthday Club!
Our little Annie will be 4 years old on Monday 20th January so in honour of her ladyship we are launching our birthday club for All pets 🥰
We are busy designing the special birthday board that we can put All your pet's birthdays on. We would love for you to join us or pop in on Monday 20th January to see us! Annie will be giving out a little treat for each customer that pops in as a way of saying thank you xx

Wishing all our customers a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year!
I would like to thank you all so much for continuing to support us since we took over the shop in July. It has been a rollercoaster! With getting married and having surgery. Our whole family have played a part in our little shop because we All believe in it and what it means to You. We look forward to continuing to serve you and the local community for many years to come.
We are open until 6pm tonight and will be open again on Saturday 28th December, 10am until 2pm

Good morning on this rather wet and windy day! I was supposed to be at a Christmas Market today but due to the weather it was cancelled so I will be at the shop with all the stock we had for that
If you are still looking for a last minute treat for your furbaby we have these fantastic Treat Boxes that have been very popular! We also have our Doggy Mixtures that can be personalised and our pick & mix in festive treat bags. We are open 10.30 until 4pm today ☺️

For all our Durham Raw customers the delivery finally arrived yesterday. All pre orders have been completed. We have a range of flavours to last until the New Year when we will restock.

Good afternoon. I’ve been so busy putting together these lovely gifts for your pets I forgot to post about some of our most up to date treats!
Just arrived today we have Lamb Horn Marrows, Free Range, Gluten Free and Hypoallergenic!
We also have the sausage rolls that look like giant Pigs in Blankets 😂 and back in stock we have the medium and Giant Beef Braids. I’m still working on hampers and £5 gift boxes. It’s not too late to order one!
I’m here until 5pm today and then back in on Thursday from 10 x
