🎄We can offer XMAS HOLIDAY LIVERY 😊

XMAS PRICES per day are:

🎅1 day full livery £30 up to 23rd December, 27th to 31st December and 2nd January to 7th January

🎅1 day full livery £40 24th, 25th, 26th December, 1st January (no turnout 25th & 26th December, or 1st January - extra hay provided in price

🎅Includes our hay, approx 2-3 hour turn out/bring in, muck out, evening skip out, all rug changes & feed/haying services, feet picked out, legs washed off if needed - in the event of inclement weather, arena leg stretch offered instead

🎅Provide your own feed or add £2 per day for our feed (typically Dengie & Saracen fibre feeds)

🎅Add £15 per time grooming

🎅Bedding additional (sorry no straw) but can be sourced for you (agreed qty/type calculated and billed in advance)

🎅To be paid in full on arrival

Shared group same s*x turnout. Use of all facilities (limited on show days). Possibility to bespoke with services to help you with your busy lives.

Sorry no space for lorry trailer and we do not do overnight turnout. Reduced turnout hours in winter months to ensure all year round grass.

Block rentals also available for sole use.

‼️ CHANGES TO LIVERY OFFERINGS @ Cobham Manor ‼️
(December 2022)

We are now able to offer multiple livery options as follows:

🐴DIY/bespoke/full on Top Yard with Sarah Daniell (07543 111373)

🐴3/4/5/7 day full packages on a separate block of 4 with Stacey Frodsham (07823 323703)

🐴 Block of 4 small (10x11) outside stables on the Courtyard for sole use via me Sian (07432 185233)

🐴 Block of 3 massive outside stables on the Courtyard for sole use via me Sian (07432 185233) - potentially reserved subject to viewing but contact if interested

Use of all the facilities, limited use on show days. Managed turnout in small groups. 4 riding arenas (3 floodlit, 1 being indoors). Onsite coffee shop, toilets. Child friendly providing they're not feral. Access to freelance groom services (subject to availability).

Shows and events running as normal ❤️

We have plenty of happy hackers on the yard (and being hacking distance to the Hook & Hatchett Pub is a definite bonus with the tie up stalls). We have riders who have picked up the reins in later years and are enjoying taking part in all sorts of events. We have a few uber competitive peeps too. BUT everyone gets on with everyone, we're very sociable. Mixed ages

Introducing a new livery service - 4 day full nicknamed the 'Full Monty' in memory of an ex livery on the same package, included in this service is:

* Monday to Friday turn out and bring in
* 4 week days muck out
* Feed provided and put in AM/PM
* Hay provided and put in daily
* Rug change AM/PM daily
* Feet picked out when brought in
* Skip out end of day on the week days we muck out

£114 per week

Yes we have space but sorry no stallions or badly behaved or draught horses. Turnout is in small groups. Sorry we're unable to accommodate individual turnout.

5/7 DAY FULL LIVERY SPACE AVAILABLE NOW (July)

Would suit a competitive amateur/family.

Possibility of there also being a block of 5 stables available out of which one or more would be your allocated storage - note 2 of the stables only suitable for ponies or storage. 3 stables are massive. The block is internal and is completely self contained. This would come with your own paddocks and use of all facilities. POA

**LIVERY VACANCY UPDATE 11tj November**

5/7 day FULL LIVERY vacancy available now:- 2 places (1 14x14, 1 12x12) on my Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond packages from £130 a week on my outside courtyard block.

* Shared group turnout on well managed/maintained paddocks
* Indoor arena for use in winter together with use of 3 outside arenas when shows not running
* Coffee shop to get away from the bad weather, tea/coffee making facilities when not open for shows.
* All types of shows and events available for you to enter (shows run regularly during the week and at weekends so ideal if you don’t have transport and love shows!)
* Own instructors, farriers, vets, therapists etc welcome
* Full jumping course up each month for approx 1 week (sometimes longer) for use free of charge, training jumps available other times
* Weekly feed/bedding deliveries from Brambledown Farm Shop
* Mega friendly yard, mix of happy hackers, recreational riders and amateur showjumpers
* Sorry no trailer or lorry parking available

Rarely we have 2 pure DIY spaces NOW on our family oriented front block. Shared area for storage. Use of all facilities. Pony stable and double stable that can be split to give enclosed storage. Shared small group (mares) turnout . £216 per month payable monthly in advance on 1st of each month.

Mares only. Sorry no individual turnout or services/trailer or lorry parking available.
