To all my clients… We have now entered that time of year where it is muddy and wet. I will do my upmost to towel and dry your dog off before bringing them home but inevitably they won’t always be clean…. But least you know they have had a great time 🤣🤪🤦‍♀️

With puppies you need to give them mental stimulation as much as physical exercise. This keeps them calm but also helps to settle them into environments so they don’t become anxious. At Wags “N” Walkies we have a special procedures in place for dogs that are under a year old.

Yesterday Curly came to spend the day and night with us. When having dogs to board/daycare they have to have a trial as part of the license agreement. This makes sure we are happy with the dog but also that the dog is happy with us. Curly fitted in so well and passed with flying colours. Can’t wait for him to come back 🙌

People often ask me how Callie is with having other dogs for walks and staying in our house and the answer…. Happy! Callie is an old girl now and suffers with arthritis 🥲 Having other dogs reminds Callie how to play and have a good time on her walks. She’s not motherly but more like a big sister in her nature. Tolerant and playful but needs a nap in the afternoon. Also still loves her ball 🥎
