Hello everyone! I know I've been very quiet on the page front. I've been taking some time inbetween mobile work to focus on myself and my family. It's been a crazy few weeks but feel like I'm starting to feel more in control.

Due to going mobile I've made the decision to keep at a more manageable level. Mobile means travel time and reduces the number of dogs I can do in a day. As such I can not take on anymore clients for the foreseeable. I will carryon doing the clients I already have and try to fit you in. Sadly dogs I have not groomed can not be accommodated.

I hope in the future to be able to be more accommodating.

Connie was my first home visit today. And it went so well! This hopefully gives everyone a good idea of what space I need.. as you can see I don't need much room at all. Connie's mum had me use her upstairs shower. A shower or bath is absolutely fine. Or any area with a water source where correct rinsing can take place (this could be a sink if you dog fits). We like fluffy dogs at 4paws so a bath helps maintain this as knots are much easier to remove on a wet coat. Then I went in the garage but any area in any room is fine. As long as I have space for my table and dryer I can go anywhere. I have my own cordless hoover and great care is taken to remove any mess.

You all have Connie's mum to thank for the mobile grooming idea and she's been a great friend 🧡

Important information ⚠️

I just want to say a massive thank you for all the amazing support I have received in the past few days. I have made the decision to go mobile for now. I've had amazing feedback and know atleast this way I can accommodate as many of you as possible. Everyone who has said they're happy for me to come to theirs I will be intouch to sort out appointments. Most existing ones will stay the same.

For those of you who need a salon based groomer I am making a list. I will be adding to this list once I've had replies off other groomers

Important announcement ⚠️

As of today I am no longer working from sprucepooch. I will be intouch with each client personally over the next few days to unfortunately cancel appointments. I am looking for new premises but in the meantime I want to thank you all for your custom.

If you are able to travel please let me know (this will hopefully give me a better idea of where I can work from and more choice)

I've also had customers ask me to go to their homes. If this is something you'd consider please let me know via message.
