What to expect when making an appointment with myself and what you receive.
Our services are conducted professionally

At the time of booking you will be asked a few routine questions just to make sure that we are fitting you in at the best time of possible pregnancy for the most accurate results.

Pet Ultrasound with myself is £35 this includes a printed report with calculated estimated due dates and minimum number of puppies/kittens seen during your appointment and if anything isnt looking as it should we would then provide you with paperwork for referral to your personal vet,
Your Report and consent form will be available to take home with you.
We also send you images and videos from your appointment digitally so you have something to look back on.

When booking you will be asked to make a small payment of £10 for your appointment Holding Fee, this will be deducted from your remaining balance.

You will them get a booking confirmation with the details below along with your till receipt

Preparation for your appointment
Pets MUST be kept on a suitable lead or inside a secure pet carrier
Please try not to feed your pet a few hours before their appointment if possible and please allow them to empty their bladder this will help with the clarity of your scan images

24 hours Notice in Writing via what's app or Text 07917802122

If this is done within the policy's time frame, you can transfer this to your next appointment or you can choose be given a full refund.
If this notice is outside of the 24 hour period your appointment Holding Fee will not be refunded or transferred and you would be expected to pay again if your needing to rebook
As i work on an appointment only basis my time is dedicated just to you and your pet and is reserved entirely for your appointment.

This is a little spoiler alert that i have never wanted to do but over recent weeks and busy periods Christmas and New Year I've had too many no shows, Cancellations and last minute reschedules so I've not much choice but to start adding an Appointment Holding Fee for bookings going forward for everyone.

As I work by appointment only this means that my time is committed just to you and your pet, and during these appointment times I have to arrange child care etc just like everyone else when they go to work, it's been upsetting that once I've sorted all this out and ready and waiting to be let down.

I know this may be off putting but my clients know that the service I provide is second to none and you and your pets get treated with the same care and professionalism as a person would going for a private Ultrasound scan.

Upon booking a £10 Appointment holding Fee will be paid.

I have new Student that is going to be doing some Educational work with me along side their Level 3 Animal Care course at college, if any of my customers are happy for them to shadow me during your appointments please let me know, days and times for this service may be limited to their availability around college.
It would also be be nice for them to engage with you about care and genetics for different breed types.
Please PM if you would like to book your Dog or Cat in for an Ultrasound scan for Pregnancy or any litters of puppies that need Microchipping
