So amazingly proud of this wonderful lady who after a really bad experience with a different horse had lost all of her confidence but has gone from the point of not even wanting to get in the saddle of her new young horse to trotting through a full pole work exercise today !!

Go on girl 💪 honestly a huge well done Ash, you’re just on fire at the minute 🔥 proud as punch coach !

We had a fantastic time at a N&N SJ Clinic with Bex Powell Equestrian at Blidworth Equestrian Show Centre

Bex was great… It’s not always possible to school over a full course of “proper” jumps and to break down each segment to ride different lines was fab. Extremely enthusiastic and confidence boosting; understanding that if random quirks that might help in your own mind but not make any sense to others will support you over a particular hurdle (physical/mental) then why not?!

And we always recommend Blidworth for its fantastic surface and well maintained jumps; it makes JJ super springy!

I’ve always wanted to make a career out of equestrian, become a coach and live my dream life of all things horsey because it’s all I ever wanted to do.

So I decided 4 years ago to import my first youngster from Ireland to produce and to throw myself into my BHS exams.

It’s been blood sweat & tears, it’s had some unbelievably hard lows and some tear jerking highs, I’ve made mistakes, done things wrong and wanted to quit several times. but no matter what gets thrown at you and no matter who puts you down always stay determined because I’m now the proud owner of my dream horse I could ever wish to own, a fully qualified coach and surrounded by the most amazing and genuine friends, clients and support network.

Now there’s still a long way to go, and so much more ambition yet to achieve and so much to learn, I certainly haven’t ’made it‘ but this video really marks the difference 4 years of determination can do and I can’t wait to see another 4 years.

So I’ve been so excited to share this and having put the final details in place today I’m excited and privileged to announce that I’m going to be joining the Blidworth Equestrian Show Centre team as their in centre coach !!

It’s such an amazing venue with the best facilities and having held a few clinics and judging with them I can’t wait to get stuck in.

We will be starting with a few dates for lessons which can either be flat, poles, jumping or clear round. No online booking required. Perfect for those wanting to compete there and have a run through everything.

Fantastic week coaching at Coloured Cob Equestrian Centre. Coaching in the sun is definitely 🥵 but so worth it meeting some amazing horse and rider combinations and being able to finally do what I love!

I had to giggle though at the big boys all fast asleep in a heap this morning ! They certainly didn’t get up for me 😂

Huge thank you to coloured cobs for giving me this amazing opportunity and the first step into the world of coaching 🥰 !

A few weeks late but me and the pony club girls had lots of fun dressing up river at coloured cobs, this was lots of fun whilst learning the points of the horse and they’re bones 🦄🦄🦄

Really proud of both Libby and Gracie today riding their beautiful new pony queenie !! Gracy has stepped up jumping her first ever 60cm and Libby just smashed a little course ready for their first show on Sunday 🥰 so proud ! Days like this remind me why I love coaching x
