🫣 CANCELLATION POLICY 🫣

It is with a heavy heart that we have had to do this😢

It was not an easy decision to make, but due to the varied last minute cancellations, this has meant that we have had to put this in place.

We love taking care of everyone's fluffs, but sadly it is affecting our other clients and our ability to perform the best that we can for you.

Thank you for your understanding, and we are sorry as well. We do however understand there are some circumstances that can't be helped, but unfortunately most of the time it is not due to extreme circumstances.
