♾️ 👎🏼 This is the reason I only use genuine, proven and tested Gold Filled charms, chains and connectors. This beautiful butterfly was on my ankle for over 6 months and I genuinely loved it… BUT after being sold it as Gold Filled it turned out to be Gold Plated 😡
Lesson learnt! I see so many fancy and imaginative gold charms and connectors out there that I would love to offer you but sadly most are Gold Plated/Vermeil and will tarnish so are just not suitable for Permanent Jewellery. The possibilities with Gold Filled are far less because of how it’s made (it’s made in sheets so is flat and can’t be 3D) but my gosh it will never tarnish like the above. I’d be happy to answer any questions on this or any other questions on tarnishing/how long my chains last etc etc ♾️
