Being a fresh year and more experienced with this business, I am going to be slightly more tough as it is unfair on me and others that want to get booked in. Please re-read my terms and conditions. I understand that things in life can change and appointments can not be kept, I keep this in mind and understand that somethings can’t be helped. Please give me the courtesy of telling me in advance of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in additional charge and upfront cost, as stated in the T&C’s.
I will be updating all my current T&C’s that I have signed and handing new ones out to new customers.
