Third trip of the year to Equibreed UK Ltd for collection, for ai
Mild panic as same day collection, morning scan revealed they needed it straight away 😬, but we were given last collection slot of the day to give us time to make it up to the vets, which was super helpful.
Trailer hitched and Oasis ready to go and we see the tyre looks a little low, then see the screw in it.
Half an hour later and spare is on and we are on our way.
Luckily Oasis is super efficient for collection, so all done and dusted just in time, collected processed and in the post before 4pm.
The time pressures of breeding season and the importance of having a really good repro vets, that do a great job processing the semen are definitely so important to successful outcomes.
One mare is scanned in foal last week so 🤞 this one will in a couple of weeks 🦄 both owned by the same person who already have their first Oasis foal, safely on the ground ❤️
Oasis loves his trailer trips and is available via chilled ai with Equibreed ❤️

We started the breeding season in July , a bit late, but from the first two AI collections two mares in foal 🥳
For two mares, both very beautiful,one a PRE and the other a very smart driving mare 🦄🦄♥️
We did a collection on Monday for another mare so 🤞
We are still doing collections, it's not too late!
We use the brilliant team at Equibreed UK Ltd to collect as they do a top class job.
On his last collection Oasis'motility was an impressive 80 percent ♥️🦄

Lovely to see two of Oasis's progeny doing well at GBPRE show
Mountainhaze On Fire is out of a British warmblood mare so a part bred (the registry is called fusion) and Lago Illustrious is a PRE so purebred Spanish both very lovely horses ♥️

Beautiful Ember by Oasis MAC out of an old fashioned big b***d warmblood mare.
She has such a beautiful temperament and movement ❤️
She isn't even a year old till July and looks so mature 🦄🥰

VLS Ember getting ready for her first foot trim.
We were so lucky to have the amazing Trevor Jones, to give her the best start possible.
He has been working on the stallions and the improvement has been amazing, so thought I would ask if he would take Ember on too.
So proud of her, she earned a gold star for behaviour and even had a try out on the hoof stand 🥰🦄
We have moved over to EPs in the last year when my long term farrier moved away and although had made day trips just for us, found it too far 😢
We have been very lucky to be supported by Basil Fernely and Trevor Jones, it's been a journey and seeing the improvement across all the horses with the different trim, both are qualified and trained extensively and with KC, it has been so helpful that Basil and Trevor communicate well so we have a great team supporting the horses and me, the knowledge of the equine management side has been invaluable, and Basil has done an amazing job on a farrier phobic horse, showing extreme patience, quiteness and persistence and doing a beautiful job on his feet too 🦄

Popped up on memories, Illustrious is such a stunning boy 🤩 and has done so well with his owner coming third at Windsor twice being one of the youngest in the class too and qualifying and going to MCI young horse finals in Paris too 🦄🥰

Huge Congratulations to Oasis MAC son, Lago Illustrious and his hard working owner Johan, what a great partnership, coming third in the Prelim & 7th in the Novice Championship at the GBPRE Associated Championships :)

🤞 for a 🦄🇪🇸 next year by Oasis MAC out of Maryss Regalia 🥰

Maryss Regalia and Oasis MAC will be expecting a 🦄 next year 🥰
It's been a bit stressful, to say the least, it is the first time one of my mares twinned, so not an easy job for the vet but two weeks later we have a positive scan 🤞 it all stays on track.
We have another scan to keep an eye that everything is still on track and feel very lucky to have great vets who have been on the ball throughout, so giving us the best chance.
I am very excited about this foal as Regalia is by the wonderful dressage pre stallion, Donado and out of Maryss Amalia,a national breed champion and movement champion and dam of many national breed champions.
With the daddy to be, Oasis MAC who is just the most awesome dude with the full package of looks, movement, temperament, proven in competition, having stood national breed and performance champion and top genetics being bred by Cardenas stud by the great Feugo 🦄
Question is do I gender scan as the next check up 🤔 I am very much swaying towards it 🇪🇸🦄🥰

So excited to see this, beautiful Indy the pre by Oasis MAC is having two et foals by Durable.
I absolutely love Durable since I saw him at Windsor, beautiful looking, wonderful movement but best of all a fantastic temperament, I think these foals are going to be very very special 🦄🥰

Welcome to the gang, a beautiful filly 🤩🦄
By Oasis MAC out of Cassandra (Cevin Z x Nijinsky).
She has just had her vet check at just over a day old, and earnt top marks for being best behaved foal of the season 😁
She has her white goggles round her eyes an indicator that she will grey out, also with two grey parents I wasn't in any doubt.
Pink is being a super mum and vet said she is a very large foal so could be a big girl.
We are all thrilled with her, lovely nature, so uphill and beautiful paces 🤩🦄
