‼️ ATTENTION ‼️

We’d like to make our community aware of an issue that has been brought to our attention several times — including multiple times just this week alone

We’ve had families / pet owners arrive at our crematorium to collect their pets who they believed were being looked after by ourselves but that’s unfortunately not the case 😔

These families believed they were speaking with us on the phone, only to later find out their pet has been taken to a different pet crematorium located just a couple of miles down the road

Naturally, this has caused confusion and distress at an already emotional time

To avoid any misunderstandings, please note:
You will ONLY EVER speak to JANE or RHIANNA when contacting our crematorium directly.
If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask for the person’s name or confirm you have the correct contact details for our crematorium

We understand how important it is to feel confident and reassured during this time, and we are truly sorry for the upset this situation has caused for some families

Our priority is always to provide a compassionate, respectful, and transparent service from the very first point of contact

Awards night! We didn’t Win – But We’re So Grateful ❤️

On Saturday night we attended The Local Pet Awards and while we didn’t take home the trophy, we left with full hearts 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate and vote for us – your support truly means the world to us ✨
We’re so proud to have been nominated alongside such dedicated professionals in our industry 🐾

Congratulations to Furget Me Not Pet Cremations Ltd on their win – they’ve now won all three years since the awards began, and that’s a huge achievement 🤯👏🏻

Thank you to The Local Pet Awards for organising such a wonderful event and to The Marriot for hosting us in such a beautiful setting 🥂
We had an amazing night, surrounded by passion, kindness, and care – exactly what this industry is all about 🐶🐱

We might not have won, but being recognised and supported by our community makes us feel like winners already 💚 🐾

Happy 11th birthday to our baby Dookie! 🐶💚
(It’s actually our 11th ‘Gotcha day’ but we go with birthday 🎂)

11 years ago today, our Dooks waddled his way into our lives—as you can see, he’s still waddling strong with a little extra chunk😅
Dookie isn’t just our office dog, he’s our best friend, scary guard dog, soul mate, chief snack inspector & the reason we do what we do 🫶🏼💕

We don’t know who rescued who, but we do know he’s been the heart of our team every single day 🥰
We promise to read all your comments to our puppy - he can’t read, but we’ll read them all to him…as soon as he’s done napping 🥱😋
