I had an awesome day with , an incredibly knowledgeable lady, expanding my knowledge in first aid! Harley kindly offered to be my first bandaging patient and was such a good boy 🥰 It’s always the hope that we never have to use first aid but I’m glad I have the knowledge there should I need it ⛑️🩹

We had a very calm walk this morning to make sure the pooches and their joints stayed safe. Hughie and Benson were SUPER chilled out and were even good being wrapped up in towels at the end before they got back in the heated up car ♨️ I’m so happy that they got on so well 🥰 Hopefully next week is slightly warmer for you boys 🙏🏼

A BIG nose boop to Hughie, our newest member of the pack 💕 He had his first walk with Dexter this morning and they were angels 👼🏼 Since it was the first walk with Hughie I spent a bit of time doing some recalls/check-in practice to build our relationship and he was very good 🙌🏼 Looking forward to getting to know you even more Hughie 🥰

‼️ A quick message from us as we have seen the news about all of the flooding in the area this morning. All owners have been contacted about their booked walks today 🐶

QUICK TIPS:

Please don’t walk your doggies in/near the flood water as…
- there could be sewage/harmful chemicals in it in some places 🧪
- currents can be strong enough to knock us off our feet let alone a pooch!
- flood water can have hidden dangers - sharp objects, debris, sudden drops etc which can cause injury/fatality

If you can’t see the ground, don’t walk on it!

Super proud of these two today. Benson had super impulse control when we visited and also walking past lots of doggies in the town centre 👏🏼👏🏼 His progress recently has been amazing to see 🥰 Then Dolly also had great impulse control when we walked past dogs chasing after their toys as she didn’t pull on the lead like she used to. Well done 🥳❤️

We had a very successful walk with Benson in particular today! Benson is quite anxious in new environments and isn’t used to many other people/dogs which is something his owners wanted me to work on. The last few weeks he has been very confident in our usual parks so this week we changed it up… We had a warm up in the park but then we went into town with lots of other people and dogs and… he was great 🥳 We even stopped at for the ultimate test. Well done Benson, amazing progress!! ❤️🐾🐶
