A beautiful day to welcome a beautiful boy to our pack 🥰🫶🏻 I loved our first walk together and can’t wait to get to know him even more ❤️

We are SUPER excited to be introducing a new option here at Wags and Whiskers which is ‘Waggy Experiences’! This is a one to one day out with your pooch to a ‘new’ location which includes:

🐾 Picking up your dog
🐾 Travelling to chosen location
🐾 3 hours of exploring / playtime / basic obedience practise
🐾 Washing and towel drying your dog
🐾 Dropping your dog home happily tired and ready for a big nap!

⚠️ Whilst I always endeavour to tailor my services to the dog, due to the length of the walk, this package would not be suitable for elderly dogs, very young pups or dogs with injuries.

The first slots for this package are:

31st January (10.00-14.00)

6th February (10.00-14.00)

Please note these times may vary depending on the location we go to 🪵🍃

I had an awesome day with , an incredibly knowledgeable lady, expanding my knowledge in first aid! Harley kindly offered to be my first bandaging patient and was such a good boy 🥰 It’s always the hope that we never have to use first aid but I’m glad I have the knowledge there should I need it ⛑️🩹

We had a very calm walk this morning to make sure the pooches and their joints stayed safe. Hughie and Benson were SUPER chilled out and were even good being wrapped up in towels at the end before they got back in the heated up car ♨️ I’m so happy that they got on so well 🥰 Hopefully next week is slightly warmer for you boys 🙏🏼

A BIG nose boop to Hughie, our newest member of the pack 💕 He had his first walk with Dexter this morning and they were angels 👼🏼 Since it was the first walk with Hughie I spent a bit of time doing some recalls/check-in practice to build our relationship and he was very good 🙌🏼 Looking forward to getting to know you even more Hughie 🥰

‼️ A quick message from us as we have seen the news about all of the flooding in the area this morning. All owners have been contacted about their booked walks today 🐶

QUICK TIPS:

Please don’t walk your doggies in/near the flood water as…
- there could be sewage/harmful chemicals in it in some places 🧪
- currents can be strong enough to knock us off our feet let alone a pooch!
- flood water can have hidden dangers - sharp objects, debris, sudden drops etc which can cause injury/fatality

If you can’t see the ground, don’t walk on it!
