If I have to cancel appointments due to the heat in the van please understand it benefits me in no way at all as I’m loosing out on a wage ! Unfortunately I cannot control the heat/ weather 😕and only cancel appointments purely for the welfare of your dog not to benefit me !

‼️⛔️⛔️🚫🚫All appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged full price !! I’m a small business and struggling like most in the current climate !! I cannot afford to keep turning up to appointments to be turned away due to people forgetting their appointment , I’ve had 10 no shows in the last week and a half ‼️⛔️⛔️🚫🚫
( If people don’t want to pay for the missed appointments that’s fine but don’t expect to be booked back in )

Due to personal reasons I will be taking some time off and The Dog Van will be CLOSED Jan 2024

Sorry for any inconvinece this may cause, all January grooms booked in will NOT go ahead I need this time to myself now to come back stronger.

When I’m ready to return I will post on the page so please check for updates here.

🛑 appointments are going to be cancelled over the coming weeks with the heat in the back of the van being far too hot for both me and your dogs !🥵🥵I know people aren’t going to be happy with this but I cannot control the weather.

A new employee to the Dog Van! 👶🏻

Our baby is here🥰💙

he’s currently on special care unit for the moment but is doing so well each day 💪🏼
The specialist staff are amazing looking after our boy 🥺💙

We would like to keep this time for us to just take it all in but as soon as the baby is well enough to come back to mum and then journey home we will share the news of our little Boy with you 💙👶🏻

Sorry for the rubbish communication as you can imagine I have had a lot on all at once.
All appointments over the next couple of weeks will be re arranged I will be in touch with you, if your happy to re arrange please just pop me
